Their service is second to none when compared to the 'other' global courier/logistic software support/service!! This software is extremely versatile and robust on many fronts which enhances our daily dispatching and customization on a fly.
NegativeI am disappointed in the tracking of the drivers. Complete tracking in real-time is only accomplished if the drivers have the app open on their hand-held at all times, which can be difficult at all times for drivers as they have to juggle other functions on their routes.
