DO NOT USE - Shut off my test mid way through for no reason
Date: Jun 10 2023SummaryWorst experience I've ever had. Do not use. Horrible user interface and moderators that are are useless.
PositiveThere are absolutely no pros. The only pro is that there are other options for testing and I won't be dependent on this garbage.
NegativeI was taking the test and was passing. Over halfway through the test, they started telling me to be in the middle of the screen and that I couldn't be reading the left side of my monitor (which is where the questions were). I could barely understand the woman's voice because she has such a thick accent. They demanded I get a mirror to show them my screen, then they told me I'm not allowed to leave to get a mirror, but to get one. Then they told me to remove my stapler and hand sanitizer because it was against the rules. Then they told me I'm not in the middle enough and I'm still not allowed to look to the left to read the questions that THEY HAD ON THE LEFT. Then they told me I'm violating the rules by looking to the left (to see the questions). I have a 20" monitor, which I showed them. Then they told me I'm violating the rules and terminated my test.
