    Overall, the experience with OneBill is very smooth and pleasant. OneBill solved all our billing problems and automated our subscriptions and payment processing with accurate taxation.

    Positive

    We are using OneBill for more than 2 years now. Their CPQ module is neat and configuring the taxation is seamless. We are fond of OneBill because we can scale our billing operations at anytime. Though we are currently using OneBill for our subscription management, billing, and taxation, however we can add extra capabilities and features at any time. Their customer support is quick and responsive for our tickets. Also, they clearly understanding our problems and fixing them immediately.

    OneBill is already packed with a lot of features and they keep adding more and more. I understand that all these features are helpful to solve more complex problems for the industries like UCaaS, IoT, etc. But for a simple online magazine, all these features make the implementation a little complicated.

    Always pleasure working with OneBill team. Great support and great product. Overall, our experience with OneBill is always been excellent.

    Positive

    VoIP billing is very different from normal billing with all its complexities and it's hard to find the better billing solution. We came across OneBill when we saw most of competitors are already on it. We immediately had a demo session with OneBill team and moved our billing to them. We impressed by their exceptional usage rating system and CDR processing. Our on-boarding went smooth and all data migrated successfully. We are happy that OneBill is handling all our billing, invoicing, rating, CDR processing, taxation, and partner management operations.

    Negative

    Never faced any major issues with OneBill though, however we always need to request OneBill team for custom reports. It would be more helpful if they can give users to download any custom reports we want.

    Very flexible and customizable billing solution for all our needs. Couldn’t find the reports we wanted but the OneBill team is very quick in building them for us. Overall, OneBill reduced all our billing and invoicing issues.

    We are using OneBill for our billing & invoicing and it is flawless. With all its CPQ, billing, and AR management features, it essentially allows us to invoice, generate reports, and reconcile our books seamlessly. We haven’t faced any challenges on this front at all.

    Negative

    I think OneBill has close to 100 different types of reports in their platform but sometimes because of our specific business scenario, we didn’t find the report that we wanted. However, OneBill was very quick in building us a customized report on request.

    Certain modules seem to be unnecessarily complex. It may be too late to hope for a design overhaul but as someone who has designed similar programs I believe some processes could have been made much more intuitively.

    Our overall experience using Onebill software has been extremely positive. Onebill is small enough to be responsive, agile, and flexible, but big enough to provide high reliability, security, and accuracy. Quality of service is high. Personally having purchased, utilized, and been responsible for overall operations and cash flow at other companies in my career, some of which are very large, I find Onebill to a be a refreshing answer to solving complex business, management, revenue, and reporting issues. Once you get past all the sales rhetoric in the marketplace with their competitors and actually experience Onebill as a company and the application's performance, I am without reservation in recommending Onebill.

    Onebill is cloud based, always available, rich with features that are designed to fit our needs. Our business is UCaaS, and Onebill provides us with an array of valuable features without being bloated. It streamlines the process of lead>quote>order>invoice>cash, so we can avoid the need for complex and potentially clumsy integration with third party applications. It supports our needs related to direct customers, sales partners, and agents with simplified sophistication. Highly secure with simple access to high level and detailed reporting.

    Negative

    The nature of UCaaS from 101VOICE, which includes feature rich telephony and related services, is highly complex, especially related to usage rating and taxation for recurring and variable customer revenues. Providing services nationwide requires taxation support for hundreds of regulatory and tax authorities. Onebill requires, as would any other application, dedication and forethought in implementation and setting up the system properly at the outset, and utilizing Onebill's readily available resources and help files to establish the right strategy to meet our needs.

    Real-time agent commissioning & N-Tier partner management

    The only billing platform that can do the real-time commissioning for external agents. Awesome product and really helpful support team.

    We were happy with our old billing system until we started working with multiple agents and partners. Then we started looking for a partner management system where we can manage multiple partners and pay commissions online. Fortunately, we were contacted by one of the OneBill's rep and had a product demo. We immediately loved OneBill's N-tier partner management and real-time commissioning but we were a little skeptical to move our entire billing operations to OneBill. Finally, we took a decision to move our entire billing operations to OneBill where we can handle everything under one system. It's been 4 years and we never regretted our decision.

    One of the best products I have ever used and the awesome support team who is always there for us.

    Setting up complex commissioning incentives for sales agents takes a bit of time.

    I would certainly say that my business has not faced any issues in the last 2 years using Onebill. I do recommend Onebill to others.

    Onebill as a whole is a quite sophisticated and pretty much cover everything we need in terms of billing and subscription management. We have about 350 customers, 25 dealers, and a handful of agents. We send our custom invoices/statements to these guys and Onebill has done an impressive job at it. Their invoice customization is truly beautiful.

    We've not faced any issues yet. Perhaps their product pricing could be a little cheaper.

    Overall, it's pleasure to have OneBill handle our billing operations. OneBill saved us thousands of dollars spending on different platforms for different operations.

    Positive

    Before OneBill, we used to have three platforms to handle our operations, one for recurring billing, one for provisioning, and another one for service desk. And then OneBill reached out to us and it was surprising for us to see a platform with all our requirements. The data migration from our previous platforms was smooth. Thanks to OneBill, now all our operations are being handled by a single platform.

    There are some minor issues now and then but their customer support is really good and resolving them quickly.
