Overall good experience, I've only used the software for about 3 weeks and getting the hang of everything quickly.

Easy to use and make updates to many products in one sweep using the grid view. Also great overview for updating product images where you can copy and paste.

Having to publish changes and run connectors to render on site, feels like too many steps. But also helpful in case of publishing incorrect information.

after studying and exploring different type of PIM systems and softwares including some of the well known ones this one shines in some areas where others were lacking behind, the standard amount of SKUs, the ability to create vendors portal on the PIM were crucial for us.
the entire journey and process for the PIM integratin with our platform was not easy neither straightforward but Pat and Edward was more than helpful finishing th integration process with sheer dedication and unceasing assisstance.

for first time PIM users the journey of understanding how everything works might be overwhelming, a brief guides in different formats might be suitable for different customers to know how to implement a specific feature in a short time, that does not necessarily mean the team behind is not available for you through different channels , as they are always supportive and ready to help

Very easy to throw yourself into the system and quickly get the hang of things, as the person uploading the images and files that the rest of the team uses, I've had very little trouble with the system so far.

Very user friendly and easy to learn how to upload images for the rest of the team. The download functions for the rest of the team to use excel, powerpoint and anything else, have also been really helpful.

There is not much that I have come across in terms of challenges with the platform as their support and development team is an absolute star in terms of assisting with customised solutions to your problems.

However, exporting data sometimes can take over a minute owing to the depth of SKUs hosted on our solution. But it is trivial and does not necessarily hinder any other tasks or operations on the platform.

The PIM has been the central data base for all of our teams - a great system to compile various product information across systems (which was difficult to manage), into an accurate and user-friendly platform of product data!

User-friendly interface and a great collaborative platform. The support team is highly responsive and adaptable, we have put forth many challenges the team were facing in relation to product data management and they've helped us reduce workload and improve accuracy of data entry greatly!

There are sometimes bugs in the connector and systems when new features are released, however the team is always quick to resolve and providing support.

Great dashboard! Definitely worth using as a PIM solution. The team are willing to do what it takes for us.

OneTimePIM is very user friendly it allows us to overview all the information in the matter of seconds! Managing product information has become easily accessible through the PIM system where we are able to import, organize, and share our data not just with 1 item at a time but multiple. What I love most about this new integration is that the quick response of customer support we can access at any moment.

As someone who suffers from astigmatism looking at either too bright or too dark shades (dull) I dislike the coloration of the portal I would like it to have a little more color.

So far it is good- but only as good as the info uploaded. I have not been able to get some images and needed to search elsewhere.

I like how quickly the item can be searched and identified. Once you are in it is pretty easy to navigate. I search for one item at a time and it is pretty easy to find - using anything- item code, descriptive word, etc.

I think that when you are in gallery view and want to export- that the image should follow on the worksheet in a low res version of some sort, and then the link to the hi res in an add'l column.
