    Overall the product is quite innovative and in the future if the communication problem would be solved, it will be a huge success.

    The fact that it's a "carousel" of multiple acquirers and that they can be added and removed when needed.

    Negative

    The lack of response from the OnRamper team. There are 6 people from Onramper on our telegram group but only 1 answers every now and then. If there would be more communication also between OnRamper and the acquirers that are on the widget it would also make things much easier. For example, the information that comes from them: minimum, maximum, KYC needed, geographical area, crypto accepted etc.

    Best thing you can do is report them everywhere.

    We did a request to integrate Onramper API and after we paid the $1000 fee we got the codes but it never worked, so we text them multiple times and after I tried to reach them on Twitter they blocked me.

    Negative

    They took $1000 and did not deliver anything, so i suggest you to look for some other provider.
