    This is a great program to use if you want to ensure that IT problems are taken care of with ease. The layout is easy to navigate and make sure those IT issues are handled promptly. The highest price is only $29.00 per month. What a deal!

    I especially liked the reporting and analytics. It lets you see in an eyeful how you're handling things. I also like how Opsgenie integrates with programs that I already use.

    Once you have the alert rules in place, you can sleep well at night knowing that you'll get an alarm if anything is wrong. That's a big deal for worry worts like me.

    It was a little techy for my skill set, but they give me all the help I needed.

    -It is packed with features like the ability to rotate quickly, disable, enable makes the coordination on call very simple.

    -The mobile app is not as good as the website in terms of GUI.

    Great! Its only about 30 so I think it is worth the cost for the tool. I don't think that it works for mobile but its also not that bad.

    My experience has been a positive one. For not being a very "techy" person this is user friendly and easy to integrate into my daily work life.

    Positive

    I am able to centralize alerts and notify the right people at the right time. Since starting to use Opsgenie, I have yet to miss a critical alert.

    Negative

    I have yet to run into a con. Anytime I have had any issue, I have been able to chat with customer service and they resolve my issue immediately. I highly recommend using the trial if you are having any second thoughts.
