    Overall experience is very good! Saves our company tons of time and a couple of working places. Also it's quite cheap for such an amount of features.

    Very good app! We use it for dispatch, invoice creation, our payments and accounting and messaging with the clients. Previously our dispatchers couldn't see the communication with clients in one place since it was via simple SMS. Now I can see the client info, his properties, appointment information and much more.

    Easy way to create invoice with detailed description, company logo and choosing option for items. All setting has been personalized by admin of the programs. As well as pricing and items availability. In 2 min I can create a project and bill my costumers.

    I've worked with them for almost 7 month already and to be honest I get so used to it that I ma not sure how did we work before that. It has everything in front of your eyes, and ease working with your clients a lot.

    It has tons of functionality and different modules. It may be difficult to get into at first, but once you are in it's a very good platform that eases your business a lot. Not sure about the big companies, but for mine of 8 employees it's just what I need

    It's kind of difficult to get into at the beginning since there are a lot of different features and you sometimes forget how to use them. Anyway, the support is there and they can help you. Another con is a design, the phone app could've look better, but it's just my personal opinion.

    My friend told me about Orcatec and I submitted a contact form on the website, I got a call right away and was able to get it setup that same day! the customer support is great, they were quick to answer my questions and guide me through the setup. whenever I need anything my account manager Alex is there to help. My overall experience has been great, wish I knew about it sooner! I am writing this review because I really believe every contractor needs Orcatec, it has given me more time for family and less stress knowing that a computer has my back and I am not trying to remember everything.

    Love how easy it is to keep track of customer information, schedule appointments, and create thorough Estimates: My clients love to see exactly what they are getting for their money, with Orcatec I am able to put together detailed proposals in seconds loading from my premade templates. I can present the estimate from my iPad using the mobile app, it has greatly increased my sales... I can see my customers reactions, overcome abjections and close the deal. I think my favorite feature is the equipment order, in just a few clicks I am able to send my supplier a detailed list of equipment/supplies that I need for the job. With equipment shortages these days the sooner I place the order the more likely I will get my stuff in time... this feature alone has saved me hours a week and peace of mind knowing the job is on the right track.

    It is hard to think of any negative things about the program, overall it has been everything I need and more, the only Con I can think of is getting used to the change from doing everything on paper.. it takes a bit more time to input information versus scribbling it on a piece of paper that gets lost forever. With software I know my clients information and notes are saved and will be available for me whenever I need from anywhere.
