Would continue to use Order.co. I would like to see accurate delivery dates or real time updates when a package is delivered. My packages get delivered to a yoga studio and it's hard to track and packages either get sent back, lost, damaged when no one is available at the studio.

Easy to use website. The communication is clear and quick. I like that there is a variety of products to use

Products out of stock longer than anticipated when on host website, products available. Delivery updates are not always accurate.

I love using order.co its easy and fast. i 10 out of 10 recommend. there are great products to choose from and easy to use.

Easy to train new users on this application. Nice one stop shopping and so easy to add products that were not in my catalogue.

A very easy way to make sure we're stocked up and ready to teach!! I love how fast it is to get my items and they're always packaged well, I've never received anything broken or damaged.

I like how prompt your responses are, and that you have tracking information now, it makes it easier to make sure I have the right staffing to receive the shipments

Sometimes the products aren't available, but that's a problem with the suppliers. I would also like to have a description of the product available.

I don't like that there's not an easy way to see what has already been ordered by my peers. I have to view each order to make sure I'm not duplicating an order.

canceling products i needed. if there is a canceling would be nice if there was recommendations on replacements of the same product

The website is easy to navigate and have a majority of the products that I need monthly. I order monthly supplies for our company, and I can always count on the products to be easy to find and arrive within the week.

I like all the aspects of Order.co. It has been a great support for our daily routine in after and before school program.

Certain items that require more time for delivery, the system cancel it without getting consent or confirmation. We definitely need certain items for our daily routine activities. If it takes more time, no issues. It should be delivered.

Satisfactory, I think this is a great start to Order.co, but needs a few tweaks to make it even better. Overall, it is the best system for this I that I have seen.

I love having all my items in one place, I love being able to review my orders before ordering and adjusting where possible.

I do not enjoy the fact that Order.co does not have everything I need and I need to have more products added.

I like the budget tracker, it helps me stay under budget for the month & it's easier to plan out my supply order with it as well.

The best portal iv tried. its helpful and convenient. its user friendly and the price is right. the system is easy to use. the items basically needed are in the list.

I like this portal because its easier to find the items we need for the kids and the program I'm handling. It's convenient to take orders and the delivery schedule is quick.

There are items that I cant find but its minimal and manageable.

It's a great service! If I ever run into any roadblocks, the team is quick to help!

My experience with Order.co has been satisfactory. Order.co plays an essential role in my position and makes it very simple to do purchases on a mass scale. Order.co best feature I would say is their employees. I have interacted with several representatives for various purchases and am always impressed by their promptness and effort to resolve the task at hand.

The support from your customer service team has been above and beyond my expectations. Substitutions and completions with out a glitch.

When I go to the "Purchase->My Orders" Tab, I wish that the screen displayed your preferred locations and not all. I am part of the same company but not in the position to be updated on all purchases throughout the company. I know I can choose the location to filter by but I have to do that every time I am on the screen and it just adds to the time I am taking to check on orders within my own facility. Other than that, I have enjoyed all my interactions thus far with Order.co.

Overall it has been a great addition to our company. We have not had a smooth purchasing program before we added this.

I love the organization on the website, the ease of user ability, and the prompt responsive orders. Being able to find what I need when I need it and being able to track orders has made my job easier.

I'd like to be able to add items we may need without going to another person. Maybe have like a spot where I'd like to add this item and a supervisor or purchasing team member can approve the add or deny it.
