My complaints about Our Property NG generally revolve around practical challenges rather than the software’s core features. Because it is fully cloud-based, i struggle with poor internet, unreliable electricity, and low digital literacy, which can make consistent use difficult. Some tenants and older landlords resist switching from traditional methods like cash payments and manual records. Others worry about data privacy and security, while small landlords sometimes feel that advanced features may become costly or unnecessary for very small property portfolios.
