I love the versatility of their quizzes. You can do some impressive customizations with them. It's been a handy tool to generate leads on my website. I would also like to commend their customer service team. They've been extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs and have been very quick to reply to my requests. Overall, my experience dealing with Outgrow has been fantastic and I'm genuinely glad I found their software.

I mean this. There's a reason why I rated them a 10/10. I can't think of any reason for why I dislike them so far. The Outgrow team ought to be proud of themselves. This company is going places.

Great for lead-gen, nice customer support, a bit pricy. Features like integration with all fields are missing on basic plans.

Easy to build nice funnels! Lots of options and also a nice customer support that is always there to help.

Basic features missing from plans and only available in higher tier plans.

Go for it and if you have a question, simply ask them! I had two issues and they were resolved in less than 2 hours.

Amazing Customer Service team! I have been looking for a software to replace google typeform for quite a while.

Software can be quite tricky to use but there are so many templates to use.

Good experience, the calculators are awesome, you could automate all the funnel with a professional look.

Best for professional for a Sales Funnel. You could use also in the marketing funnel for automation.

Maybe you need some time to use all the possibilities.

Easy tool to use! All widgets have mostly drag and drop so easy to use. No experience is required!!!

Nothing to be fair. The interface is clear, the user experience is great and their customer team is proactive so nothing to declare.

I am in the process of marketing an innovative product that needs a quiz to peak people's curiosity as part of the marketing plan. Outgrow has the question pool feature which helps make the quiz intriguing and ensure that people will come back multiple times.

Question Bank can be used as a Question pool and then an amount of a subset of questions can be chosen randomly each time a site visitor takes the quiz. This makes the quiz fun and site visitors are more likely to come back more than once. While this should have been an obvious feature needed for the competitors, Outgrow is one of the only software out there that does this. This is after checking out numerous quiz software companies.

The options to customize the design has some limitations. Having the multiple choice options be able to go two by two would have been nice and changing the size of the text would also be convenient. They do have an option to implement CSS to achieve this though.

We have liked our experience with the tool so far. We want to use it to improve our lead generation efforts.

Every time I have had a problem with the building process of outgrow I have jumped on a chat and had amazing help! They have sent me screenshots, held video chats, and detailed conversations to help me build my quiz! Any frustration with the process was melted away after talking to them (Yash was the most helpful for sure!!) I am one happy customer!

Wish there were an a la carte option from the get go, instead of piecing it together over chat.

My main goal is to make our website more interactive through quizzes, assessments, and eventually a Chatbot. In less than a week, I have been able to create 4 new interactions for the website. They are engaging, colorful, and hopefully fun and informative for the end-user!

From the moment I signed up, I was able to quickly create a custom Calculator. The learning curve was small. When I did get stuck, there is 24/7 chat with the nicest, most competent Tech Team!

One aspect that I would like to see is more features included in the lower tier pricing.

It's a great product. Really does help with the top of the funnel conversion. I have integrated it with my marketing automation software so I can nurture my leads effectively.

Easy to drag and drop builder. Great for helping my customers know what my product costs so I can get rid of time wasters.

Not easy to see what features are included in packages so add ons can become expensive.

Price plans are unclear / difficult to find & understand.

First, I needed some help for a quiz...a kind of more complicated one which i failed to make w/ other leading brands. the team took the time to walk through the whole tasks and gave me the exact instructions how to get the job done. Frankly, they offered to do it for myself but I decided to do it by myself.

I had a lot of questions and countless of integrations w/ the team...every time I ran into a friendly and willing to help folk....have no words...much beyond all expectations.

The team is one of the best I've ever worked with. All needs were met.....100%. At some point I felt bad to ask more but every time Outgrow team was more than willing to help. really great people.

The tool itself is top. Everything I need is there and works like a charm.

At the moment, some of the features haven't been useful for our needs and sometimes the platform feels like it is limiting what we want to create.
