    Excellent Internal Documentation System Software

    Overall, really pleased with the simplicity of this system. We have saved a lot of time and effort in our filing and searching for important documentation. With remote access, employees (with permission) can search and access files and documents that we have filed in our HQ, not to be dispersed. Highly recommend for anyone with sensitive documentation that still wants access.

    Powerful internal document system software that simplifies the filing and finding of all internal and confidential documents. Search function is fast and extensive. We have filed our internal manuals and process documents that are both confidential and unique to our company. We also use the system in our training and onboarding. It has helped us streamline the process and limited the time we have to spend preparing.

    Negative

    Can take some time to get used to using efficiently and confidently. Setup is extensive, but once complete really worth the time.
