Date: Jun 08 2020SummaryWe have used the Punchh dashboard and omnichannel campaign setup as a part of a project from the client end for more than year now. The dashboard is very attractive and provides a lot of information about the statistics of the brand. Milestone tracking at user level is a cool feature but I don't understand how a client can consume the information.
On an overall level, Punchh provides decent CRM services.Positive(+) Loyalty CRM system with reward tracking.
(+) Automatic Dashboard with all relevant figures for tracking business.
(+) User-level milestone tracking in the dashboard
(+) Omnichannel integration.
(+) UI and UX are very attractive.Negative(-) Customer support is not very reliable.
