I have been using their residential IPs for 1-2 years now and i used it every day. I would score them above average in terms of service rendered during that period.

They provide many ISPs to meet your need. They also have different plans to choose from which gives you the chance to choose the right one for you.

They do not have a live support team making you wait for some time before they reply your message via email.

My overall experience is nothing short of excellence and I like how reliable and efficient their services are.

I've been using PyProxy since 2023 and I've been consistent with the usage. I've been using the Residential package and I can say that PyProxy has a wide range residential proxies with good speed. What amazes me is the different ISPs available which is non-existent in other proxy sites. I recently had an issue with my account and the way the customer support handled it was incredible. He/she was understanding and showed care with excellent support. Responses were very fast with details associated with account. Finally, advice was provided were necessary. I was satisfied with the way I was attended to hence, the need for this review.

I don't like the wait for customer support service until they come online. I understand I messaged during non-business hours but I would like a 24/7 customer support services.

In case you care about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend you avoid the service provider named PYPROXY. Terrible handling of my case from end to end left such a bad taste that I would rather not trust this particular service provider again for any business transaction.

I had an exceedingly frustrating time with PYPROXY. Their system, as it turned out, did not process the payment correctly, and later on, their support team reverted pretty late when I had contacted them several times. The support personnel was wholly non-cooperative; instead, they blamed me, trying to hide the system failure and refused even a single concession or a refund for a failed process fully due to them.

E-mail replies were very slow and dismissive without a note of urgency or concern towards the customers—something completely unacceptable, given the fact that these services only work with timely and appropriate payment processing.

I'm very satisfied with PYPROXY. It worked perfectly for my needs, and the team behind it is great. I’ll definitely continue using and recommending it.

PYPROXY offers stable, high-speed connections and a wide range of IPs. The dashboard is simple and easy to use. Support is responsive and very helpful when needed.

Bad service, proxy dead and I don't know where to complain or ask so must try to buy new package and waste $75.

So confusing to use and the package said unlimited IPs but when used got limited IPs and decreased fast.

Hard to use and no live support, no live support no place to ask questions.
