Our platform evaluates carrier rates, packaging constraints, and operational rules to determine the most cost-effective way to pack every order.

    Summary

    As a developer I appreciate the (generic) design and performance of the Paccurate API. It's a great product I'd highly recommend.

    Positive

    Support was excellent, despite our different time-zones (we being on the opposite side of the world in Sydney, Australia) . Thanks very much to Steve and Pat. The product works very reliably, handling between 5-10K requests per month.

    Negative

    Had some minor problem with initial billing setting up with our accounts department, but has been easily resolved.
