PositiveCustomer service is the best we have ever experienced, immediate response time and a willingness to assist our subcontractors when needed. Building bidders lists and communicating with subcontractors is user friendly, straight forward and fully custom. Sharing documents with outside team members comes in a variety of options, all easy and clear. Pantera continues to grow, building tools that benefit, in particular, the historical data that can be used when building future projects/bidders lists.
NegativeMaintaining a clean database can be problematic at times. Multiple entries for the same company often register/show as separate records, making it hard for team members to identify who to reach out to. Would also be helpful if we could limit users security permissions to a higher level between "user" and "administrator".

PositiveIt's possible to send out ITB's very quickly with minimal set-up. There is a great deal of flexibility in how to create and manage the ITB process. There are several tools to manage the the private contact database. The Pantera team is always quick to assist, and there are many ways the service is customized for our needs. Custom reports are available.
NegativeAccess to public HUB/minority vendor databases could be better/stronger. Regarding the mobile app, there are some functions that can not be accomplished with the app.
