Overall, the software isn’t the worst, but it’s too expensive. Plenty of high quality software at a much lower cost.

The software itself isn’t inherently bad. The issue is much more value related rather than due to the software itself being bad.

This software is outrageously priced relative to others in the market. I have helped several of my clients save a LOT of money by switching from Paychex to OnPay.

This is a great tool. I have been a customer with this company for many years so I've watched their products evolve tremendously. I like that can go to one place to view all of my pay related activity and no longer have to reach out to finance staff or ask uncomfortable questions. I also receive regular system notifications, which removes the guessing game or extra work on my end to check the system for updates.

This tool is user-friendly for staff users, not difficult to navigate, and you can set up notifications easily that come directly to you're email. It works in tandem with pay system so very convenient for this reason.

The system is still evolving so there are some features that have not been added yet. You cannot keep all staff data in one place like some other similar systems.
