I am using Paytm since it was launched. I've seen many fascinating features that the company is adding still. Transaction speeds are very fast and can be done in milliseconds as well. I will recommend everyone to use Paytm as it is accepted by most of the people over here It has reached rural areas as well.

It has all the necessary features which cater for all needs of a person.
It has used the best emojis to show a pictorial presentation.
I can book tickets for trains, planes, buses, movies and so on.
I consider it a safe and fast app for transactions.
Also, I can do recharge of all sorts and can pay the bills.

They are not providing proper rewards as they have provided before.
The cash back system needs more work I think.

The one thing cons is that they don't have a proper lock facility. Anyone can take the money from Paytm so we have to lock this app to avoid any kind of accident.
