    A challenge initially when I set it up 8+ years ago - looks so simple now they have videos showing the process.

    A unique programme that has allowed us to keep track of all of NZ's Arapawa goats in domestication. So grateful to have it - love that we can create our own certificates.

    SCAM - 'lifetime licence' but you have to pay upgrade fees or you can never download again

    Summary

    Scam. Don't give these people your money or they'll hold your hard work ransom. Customer service is atrocious.

    Program is very basic and old fashioned but effective.

    Negative

    You pay for a lifetime licence giving you life access to the software, but if you don't pay their upgrade fees they won't allow you to download the software ever again. The team are extremely rude and are now ignoring me now I've called them out. Use any other software, do not use this product.
