I can't speak highly enough of the product and support team. The platform has transformed our business and a notable factor in our growth.

Incredible speed and flexibility - if you can come up with an idea there are a number of approaches available to make it happen.

There isn't an end to end manual available, however the support team are the most responsive and willing to help that I have come across in 20 years working in ERP.

The product is really great and help businesses to stay close to their customers. You don't need dedicated infrastructure to run it because it works as SaaS model.

Sometimes getting quick support isn't that fast. They should have a dedicated telephone line for Tech Support.

We have been working with Pepperi for 7 years now. Great product, we use sales reps app and B2B app as our main ordering tool.

Easy configuration allowing us to move fast with the changing market.
Pepperi development teams and Support teams are service oriented, and we have good cooperation.
Pepperi develops its products according to market's demands, allowing us to have competitive advantage when implementing new abilities with our teams and customers.

There has been 1 major incident where the system was down for a full day few months ago. fortunately, we have another order system we use that could give back up on that day. Pepperi did investigate and found the root cause and implemented rules to avoid issues similar in the future. But it is important to have a back up system for cases like this even if it is a day a year.

The system is quite complex, so a good idea to store your own internal notes and documentation for internal training and handovers to replacement admin staff.

As i wrote before, I really love the service that i get from Shahar, he really tries to help me.

We have 2 systems and sometimes the cooperation between them "collapses" and he really tries to help even if it means holding a conference with the other party in order to find a solution and provide good service.

The response time for receiving a quote / approval / work process could be more efficient.

Great tool with good customer service. The UI is clean and on the tables it's going super fast.
It's also good that the users can use it offline on a tablet.

It's a great product that can adapt to ipads, android tablets and on computers as a web app.
It's quite easy to customize and to configure it and it's great to be able to configure it only in one place and that's automatically updated on all the platforms.
The customer service is nice and their technical team can do magic when you challenge them with complex customizations.

I think the experience on the phone is not that good. it's easier to use on a table or on a computer.

I don't have cons.

We feel this is a good tool for our company and sales reps, however the additional features costings are off putting and the lack of support prior to dealing with Almog was disappointing. We are happy to continue working through adapting this tool to our needs based on the support level we are now receiving from Almog. Hopefully this level is represented across the support team moving forward.

The service and support offered by Almog has been amazing and has elevated our confidence in the product. The support prior to Almog was mediocre and inconsistent questioning our continuation with the product. Almog is a superstar and goes above and beyond to assist us.

Lack of support previously and pricing of additional features.

My sales people have been using this software for quite some time and Pepperi have continued to improve the product. I looked at other software programs but this is by far the best I have found

A great system that I would recommend. it can occasionally be glitchy, however, the flexibility, onboarding, customer service, integration capabilities and so on make it well worth it. For a small to mid sized business, I'm very happy with what Pepperi provide us. I would certainly recommend at least consulting their team when looking at expanding your systems.

- The product is solid overall.
- The customer service is amazing. Everything is handled in a quick manner, with nothing being too difficult.
- Local customer service, meaning we don't have to wait for service centres to open in other timezones.
- 99% of the time I get the same customer support agent. This is great as he knows our system well, how our business runs and doesn't hesitate to call or jump on a zoom if required.
- Onboarding was a nice experience. Integration can take time, however, the Pepperi team ensured it was done correctly, with complete clarity along the way.
- A great app for our sales reps to use on the road.
- They provide recommendations about how we can provide a better UX.

- We rarely go a month without requiring assistance for a system issue. Although it's always dealt with quickly, it can be a little frustrating.
