Pepperi develops its products according to market's demands, allowing us to have competitive advantage when implementing new abilities with our teams and customers.NegativeThere has been 1 major incident where the system was down for a full day few months ago. fortunately, we have another order system we use that could give back up on that day. Pepperi did investigate and found the root cause and implemented rules to avoid issues similar in the future. But it is important to have a back up system for cases like this even if it is a day a year.

Date: Mar 21 2024SummaryA great system that I would recommend. it can occasionally be glitchy, however, the flexibility, onboarding, customer service, integration capabilities and so on make it well worth it. For a small to mid sized business, I'm very happy with what Pepperi provide us. I would certainly recommend at least consulting their team when looking at expanding your systems.
Positive- The product is solid overall.
- The customer service is amazing. Everything is handled in a quick manner, with nothing being too difficult.
- Local customer service, meaning we don't have to wait for service centres to open in other timezones.
- 99% of the time I get the same customer support agent. This is great as he knows our system well, how our business runs and doesn't hesitate to call or jump on a zoom if required.
- Onboarding was a nice experience. Integration can take time, however, the Pepperi team ensured it was done correctly, with complete clarity along the way.
- A great app for our sales reps to use on the road.
- They provide recommendations about how we can provide a better UX.Negative- We rarely go a month without requiring assistance for a system issue. Although it's always dealt with quickly, it can be a little frustrating.
