You don't need to pay extra fee for auditing and backup. With Percona Server for MongoDB, it has all paid features as free! Also, it has very good technical support and community support. You can use other product with Percona Server for Mongodb to strengthen your hand. You can use LDAP authentication with it and WiredTiger Hotbackup&Encryption together. Strongly recommended.

Performance is super. It has every tool that you need extra as bundled. Repositories are ready for all of them. Great combine.

Version upgrade might be more easy with repositories.

It was good working with the product like easy to handle with great features and working content for the software.

Open source so you can use it for free with great functioning and also can contribute to Percona for its betterment.

Products and the Percona is not much active. Like I rarely hear anybody referring it's products. Should sponsor some hackathons.

It's a bit slow hangs sometimes other wise it's great, server quality should be improved.

I liked their logging feature and the flexible data structure which is very easy to use for people who are new to this!

There is no such major cons that i think but i would say that the documentation should have more practical examples like videos on how to use it.
