    1. The user interface of the application is easy to understand and use.
    2. The payments are easy and only fails rarely.
    3. It allows connecting the bank account via UPI directly to the application for faster payments and balance inquiries.
    4. It can be used to pay individuals as well as shops and e-commerce.
    5. The amount of failed transactions get settled back in the wallet or account in no time.
