We use it for our summer camp and it works great for all of our pick ups. Very secure system for getting the kids.

I think in today's world this is the easiest and safest way to pick up children for school. The customer service is always fast and helpful! We're a big fan!

Nothing i can think of. It can be a little difficult for grandparents to navigate.

Nothing is 100% but this app helps to get your child to you as safely as possible and it lets the administrators know you are there to pick up your child.

This app is awesome it makes afternoon pickup much easier when there are multiple classes being dismiss at almost the same time. It assigns your kid a number that’s assigned to them and identifying their identity.

Sometimes it’s freezes and you just have to reboot the app.

Absolutely would recommend this app for any schools/parents that want an effective, organized, and efficient pickup line at school.

PikMyKid is an extremely user-friendly and simple solution that provides a safe, quick pickup at school without the chaos of after school traffic Love it!

Occasionally when cell signal is weak, the app gets stuck trying to mark available for pickup. Location services will be active and accurate, but the app seems to be pulling bandwidth from data services to ping location.

Highly recommended but would also state that the organization needs to provide thorough information for it to be used accurately.

The app requires that the organization provide a dismissal code which the group my son was in had not provided. The registration process required the code so I was not able to register my son. I reached out to their customer service by email and thought it would be days before someone responded; but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed that in a matter of minutes my issue was resolved. An agent reached out and finalized the registration process on the back end.

The only issue I had was less to do with the app than with the organization using it.

Would be helpful to be able to change both kids at once. It's frustrating to get into the app and have to do each child separately.

It's handy and updates quickly. It is easy to tell what you've selected with the bus icon, walking icon, pick up icon, etc.

Isn't easy to make a change for 1 day. I'm confused about how to change just one day's pick up and not mess with the default.

Once customer service was notified. They did all the work! It looks simple to use now that it is installed in my phone.

I had trouble at first, as I am new to this app. I emailed Sherman at customer service and he assisted me in every way. I was able to get the tag number, log in and see my children. It looks very simple now that he fixed the program for me.

Need a tag number to log in and the school forgot to mention or give it out.

PikMyKid is super user friendly and the customer service support is the best I’ve seen from an app. Very happy our school uses this method for communication.

The feedback could have come in the app. If there could be a messages tab that would be great.

Great support from the team. When you don't see 1 kid in the app and you are getting tensed up, their team helped out immediately and was really quick and easy to get that fixed.

It was a breeze to add the supported kids in the app. I like the option to add delegates which makes it convenient. In case of issues, customer support was excellent.

Customer support - I had a question that was answered almost instantly and with a positive resolution!

I was confused about what to do, my child didn't show up in the app and I was not able to add him myself. The app asked me for a QR code, which I didn't have and the school didn't know what that was either.

Great experience and a very easy tool to use.

The rep’s were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with changing the mode option without having to go back to the school foe help.
