The app is great. It’s simple to use and it really streamlines the school pickup process. However, I’m most impressed with PikMyKid’s customer service! They respond to inquiries quickly and in a very personalized manner. In both of my situations, PikMyKid provided detail and explanation so my issues were resolved almost instantly! Kudos and thanks to PikMyKid!

I appreciate the safety features it offers parents. I also support my children’s school administrators who believe in this product and happy to contribute to the cost.

The app was introduced to us last year at our children’s primary school. They needed a way to control who and how many children were being released, especially with the threats of COVID. The biggest pro is that I feel like my children are safe inside until they are “released” via the app to me or an assigned pick-up partner. I really enjoy being able to decide in advance if I am walking vs. driving to pick up my children. Previously, when school was out so were hundreds of students and I’d wade in the sea of running primary students to find my own children.

I don’t feel like the app is the most advanced. It seems very basic, which is fine. However, I am not sure it’s the easiest if English wasn’t my first language or how it appears on anything other than an apple device.

Stressful to say the least when attempting to pick up my grandson and the application wasn't posting the child's father as an authorized person to pick him up.

Too early to tell. Have only used this app twice and it failed to post the authorized account on the second try.

Student's father and grandfather shared the same first and last name which the application doesn't like. Two accounts with the same name but different addresses and phone numbers should be allowed or at least flagged right away with the proper feedback during the account creation process.

Good, it has sped up pickup and dropoff procedures quite a bit. The announcing step works very well.

Check in and announcing when I arrive are very easy. These took much longer before using the PikMyKid app. The health screening is easy to use.

Delegating a pick up to someone else is difficult, since it first goes to the calendar.

I have been using this app for the last year or so and it makes picking my kids up from school super quick and easy!

I like that this app confirms that my children are still at the school and makes it super easy to organize picking them up.

My issues with the pickup line are more with the school itself. Not the app. The app works great!

Marshall responded to my request expeditiously and provided a thorough, detailed response that enabled me to ensure my husband was added and that I understood how to delegate to others when necessary. Great customer service is hard to come by but the responsiveness and attention to to detail was exceptional and greatly appreciated.

The App is easy to navigate and I received the support and assistance necessary to complete the tasks.

I do not have anything bad to mention. I am a satisfied user that highly recommends this product.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with this app. As a parent, many apps over promise and under deliver, but this app has been super valuable.

I really liked how I can assign people to pick up child depending on my needs. It lets the school/camp know when I have arrived to pick up my child making the pick up process more streamlined.

A way to communicate with school or assigned delegates might be useful. Also, I wanted to easily remove a summer camp that my child had finished attending, but there was no way for the user to remove. This feature would be helpful.

Overall it is a must recommended app for parents to manage the dismissals, mark absenteeism, check ins and much more...

Managing the child dismissal is made so simple and I love this app. There are lot of features to manage school programs and its awesome.

Useful app for afternoon pick ups. But registration was headache for me. Especially adding a delegate part.

Support team (Nita) was really helpful. And they answered my questions quickly. I solved my problems with their help.

Application itself is little bit complicated during the registration.

Just started using the app to check my child in to his school prior to arrival in the morning.

I had a glitch connecting my phone number with my child's name (I think this was on the school side, not the app), and customer service responded quickly and professionally and got the issue resolved.

It is a great way to track who has picked up my child and when they left. Easy to use software once we got it set up. Excellent support staff promptly help get us set up in late afternoon. Super efficient and extremely helpful.

Great app and allows for added security of knowing who is picking up your child. I really think this product is very good.

Easy to use app and friendly customer service. I really like the security and ability to delegate to persons you wish to allow to pick up your child. Very good coordination with the school to ensure only authorized persons can be added the he account.

More than 2 parents should be allowed access to delegate.

Would love to see this app used at son's current school. Much more easier to use and understand. Looks like there are hidden functions the school would benefit from as well. Summer camp drop off and pick up was easy and stress free!

Parent email didn't auto connect to child's profile.

I had a great experience with PikMyKid app , great app and fast when you pick your child up. Sometimes might message pop up about it but was fixed comes back up fast.

They were really fast in replying back to my email. The costumer service was really helpful on giving me details on how to resolve my issues.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was great.

Great app. Great customer service. I had an issue with my kids old school showing up on the app when they had transferred to a new school. My issue was resolved within minutes of sending email to their customer service team.

The app is great to use and the support team responds to questions and resolves issues immediately. Customer service resolution time is the fastest I’ve ever seen.

I haven’t encountered any problems so far while using the app.

It's a really intuitive app and well thought out app. It has been built keeping in mind the scenario related to car pool. Most of the parents do carpool to pick/drop kids from/to school.
The only issue, I faced was that it did not give me option to change the student details. My son moved from one school to another and I could not figure out the way to change the school/grade of my kid from the app. But customer service was very quick to resolve the issue. S/he fixed my kids school/grade and I just logged back to the app and every thing was the way, I wanted it to be.
