    Paid annual plan mishandled, support deflects responsibility

    Summary

    I paid for an annual subscription in advance. Despite payment being completed, the plan was later shown as past due and access was effectively unavailable unless I paid again. Support blamed system behavior and the payment processor instead of fixing the issue. I was told to cancel rather than have my prepaid service restored. The refund only happened after escalation and dispute pressure, not as part of normal support. This is not acceptable handling for a billing or invoicing platform.

    The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and invoice creation itself is straightforward. Initial setup was quick, and basic features worked as expected before billing issues arose.

    Negative

    Paid annual subscription was marked past due and rendered unusable. Support deflected responsibility to the payment processor, gave dismissive responses, and failed to resolve billing properly.
