    PitchBook Review

    Date: Nov 10 2022
    Summary

Very expensive, but easily the best private market data platform out there.
Can be used by Investment Banks, PE firms and most specifically venture capital firms.
Price may put people off, but for people fully involved in private markets, there is a great deal of value provided by PitchBook.

    Positive

Most comprehensive platform for private market information, very extensive with a lot of features for tackling VC investments, M&A and more.
Also provides very comprehensive funding information on companies including type of round raised, nature of funding terms and much more.

    Negative

It's incredibly expensive, and I'm not sure if it's worth it TBH. I think you can get good data, but not sure if it provides data that you can't live without.
