What is Pixly?

Pixly is AI marketing software for real estate. From a single uploaded photo it produces the visual set a listing needs, without a photoshoot, furniture rental or a two-to-four week wait.

Virtual staging furnishes an empty room in 60+ interior styles, and declutter clears an occupied one first so lived-in rooms can be staged too. Room structure is preserved: walls, windows, doors and proportions stay exactly as uploaded, so the output is still the same property.

The same upload also becomes a vertical listing reel for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts; a twilight conversion of a midday exterior; a construction timelapse from bare plot to finished build; and drone footage with property boundaries tracked onto the moving shot. Photo enhancement, sky replacement and object removal round it out.

There are no prompts to write and no models to choose between. You pick what you want done and Pixly handles the rest, with controls to refine the result when you need them. Available on the web and as a native iOS app, with a free tier and paid plans, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Polish and Czech.

Note: virtually staged photos should always be disclosed as such in a listing. Pixly's outputs are HD and free of watermarks, and are intended to be labelled as virtually staged.

    Don't waste your money on Pixly Pro AI Photo Package!

    Summary

    I just ordered this online, tried to use it. It's frustrating to the point that I want my money back but there's no support to get help from! There's no "how to" or manual to reference, just a "dashboard" that is utterly useless. I am NOT happy, I feel like this is a scam and intend to report it as such.

    Nothing about this product meets my standards. It is not user friendly, there is no product support, it's advertised as being easy yet is anything but. There are no explanations for what things are, or are supposed to do. The explanations on the different packages offer little to no insight as to their differences or uses.

    There's no tutorial. The app makes no sense. I selected "Fast generation" speed but it is going as "Slow generation." There's no user support. No explanations of what the choices mean (AI Influencer vs Custom AI model, for example). I could go on for ages but you get the drift. I want to cancel and get my money back but that's apparently not an option anywhere! It's STILL acting like it's "processing" and may or may not produce anything. I certainly don't want something that will take HOURS and leaves me wondering if it's even going to work!
