    Best CRM, helpdesk and production automation builder

    From 2013 to 2020 I worked for an IT company called 4Logist. For about 2 years we worked with the American system Nutshell CRM, but it did not last long, because it did not have the necessary integrations with the website, telephony, and it was inconvenient to work with tasks in it.

    Then the company used the Onlyoffice program for about 3 years, but the number of clients and the company's needs grew, and we needed a program which would enable to set up the effective work of the sales and support departments, and receive reports on the key indicators of the departments and the company as a whole.

    The question of finding a new system came up sharply. I remembered about PlanFix, which I had heard about at a business seminar.

    Implementing PlanFix in the company "4Logist" I literally "fell in love" with this system, as it has turned out to be very flexible, like a construction set, and multi-functional. One of the features is the ability to configure individual workspaces for each department, where employees do not have extra buttons and functions.

    We have automated the work of the sales and support departments, have made about 10 custom reports on key indicators, have set up integration with the website and messengers, have established teamwork. And, no matter what new tasks came up, we managed to solve them myself with Planfix (without the help of programmers).

    I also implemented Planfix in my educational project "Academy of Development", for which it was also ideally suited.

    Positive

    - Configuration without programming
    - Flexible customization for any type of business
    - Customizable and suitable for all departments, even for manufacturing
    - Many integrations with other services
    - Support team responds very quickly and helps until the issue is resolved
    - Ability to configure individual workspaces

    Negative

    The Projects object doesn't have processes and scripts like tasks.
    Few out-of-the-box configurations in English.
    It is better to contact a specialized integrator for customization.

    Perhaps the interface, with its various menus, buttons, and such, can be a bit overwhelming. I haven't figured out yet if there's a way to disable some of it.
