From 2013 to 2020 I worked for an IT company called 4Logist. For about 2 years we worked with the American system Nutshell CRM, but it did not last long, because it did not have the necessary integrations with the website, telephony, and it was inconvenient to work with tasks in it.

Then the company used the Onlyoffice program for about 3 years, but the number of clients and the company's needs grew, and we needed a program which would enable to set up the effective work of the sales and support departments, and receive reports on the key indicators of the departments and the company as a whole.

The question of finding a new system came up sharply. I remembered about PlanFix, which I had heard about at a business seminar.

Implementing PlanFix in the company "4Logist" I literally "fell in love" with this system, as it has turned out to be very flexible, like a construction set, and multi-functional. One of the features is the ability to configure individual workspaces for each department, where employees do not have extra buttons and functions.

We have automated the work of the sales and support departments, have made about 10 custom reports on key indicators, have set up integration with the website and messengers, have established teamwork. And, no matter what new tasks came up, we managed to solve them myself with Planfix (without the help of programmers).

I also implemented Planfix in my educational project "Academy of Development", for which it was also ideally suited.

The Projects object doesn't have processes and scripts like tasks.

It is better to contact a specialized integrator for customization.

1. We need to handle a specific type of tasks in a conveyor-like fashion.
2. The pricing is quite favorable at the moment.
3. The ability to customize the workspace and everything on the platform by ourselves is a big plus.

So far, everything is going well. It has all the necessary features for team management, and the price is affordable.

Perhaps the interface, with its various menus, buttons, and such, can be a bit overwhelming. I haven't figured out yet if there's a way to disable some of it.

This system has helped ease my workload, allowing me to dedicate more time to development and marketing.

I tried out 5 services before stumbling upon Planfix. I was drawn to its flexible features, especially the Gantt Chart, which is exceptionally well-executed in the system. It provides a visual representation of task deadlines, their dependencies on each other, and allows for interactive date and dependency adjustments.

So far, I'm liking all the functionality. The overly bright UI can be a bit distracting at times.

I can definitely recommend this system for different business cases. With Planfix you can build any system - from a simple Task Manager to the "Spaceship of your business".

I like the fact that the system doesn't force the company's business processes to fit the architecture.
It adapts itself to them.

You need a lot of time to figure out and to understand all the details of the system. Either you need the help of certified specialists.

It's a great fit whether you're a small business, a medium-sized one, or even a big player. It'll help you fix up and automate like 95% of all the processes in your company.

This system is simply excellent for project management, task organization, and client communication! You can customize it for anything, from a basic task management tool to your very own "spaceship".

The learning curve can be a bit long, but thanks to the support team and some pre-made setups, getting the hang of it gets way easier.

Everything is well-liked. The only thing I want to note - mobile app need some improvements.

We manage project-based sales. During our growth phase, we realized the need to handle projects within a single system, and Planfix allowed us to streamline the entire process.

It's visually appealing, intuitively understandable, has extensive help resources, and great customer support. And the price is a plus.

It's not the easiest system for newcomers; we'd like to see more use cases for onboarding new users.

Comprehensive access control, seamless communication with external contacts directly from tasks, and the ability to integrate them back into the task.

UX is overloaded, sometimes leading to non-intuitive navigation.
