Plasy now is one of my best Canva alternatives with almost all of the features I need that Canva has. What amazes me is their easy to find specific asset that is already organized into areas such as CLIPARTS with some subcategories: Shapes, 3D, Avatars, Cutout Images, Illustrations, Isometric, Mascots, Quotes, Sales Page Cutouts, etc. It really helps me find what I need without doing a search, because it is already organized. As well as the other features that really compete with Canva. So far I really love it as my best Canva alternative.

Easy and intuitive to use. It has many templates ready to use. It is integrated with Pixabay, Unsplash and Pexels. So there's a lot of free images to use.

Hello, Plasfy is an alternative to Canva. Many images and templates ready for different things, such as flyers, infographics, logos, covers for facebook, instagram, among others.

On the downside, it is a little slower and the videos part is missing.

Very good, once they get the speed up to par the software will be as good as Canva and the other players out there.

Seem like they are going to be making solid improvements in the future.

Software is slow at the moment, but they should be improving it shortly.

I would give it a 5/5 if the speed was better, but it has improved since I first tried it at the start of 2023. Speed is certainly getting better and for the price you pay, you can't complain too much. This product really does pay for itself in no time and it has massive potential. Talking of potenially, a video editor is in the works and the owner has stated it is built from the ground up and should be very snappy. I can't wait to try the video features.

Overall, i am happy with the product and do recommend it despite my grapes with the speed.
I would grab it today, it is an absolute bargain.

Ease of use, very easy and intuitive to use. Lots of great features. It has them all. I like that it has layers, rename layers, lock em and move them about. It is easy to lock and select layers in the design.

Wide range of colours and a cool customizable gradient tool.

We have integrations with major image sites like Prexels, pixel bay and upsplash and a decent 9/10 background removable tool. Just click on the image and click remove background and within a few seconds, the background is gone. No more using brush tools in Photoshop - yay!

You can even grab photos from facebook, instagram, drop box, URL, webcam, google drive or even upload from your PC. Plasfy really has you covered.

I like that we get avatars and freepiks, which is coming soon. We get loads of avatars, so you'll be sure to find the right image.

We have the ability to save, download and export to file formats including webp, which is super awesome.

Loads of templates and so many design assets inside the library, I'm totally blown away, and the owner promises more to come. The assets are grouped into folders, which makes searching a niche topic super easy.

We have keyboard shortcuts and right-click options.

page, we can re-size the canvas, and add as many additional pages as we like and navigating between pages is a breeze. We can of course zoom in and out of the page. Copy the page to a clipboard and even duplicate it.

you can quickly share your design on a social platform. It looks like you can share the design you are working on with a link. So you could create a design and then show a client, which is great. So many good features in this product.


Facebook group is small at the moment but I can't fault the support, super fast and helpful when I had login issues. They got me sorted within 15 mins. 9/10 solid support.

There is a free trial, I would recommend trying it out and seeing all the amazing features this product has. I'm exhausted trying to review them all.

When I first tried this product in the winter of 2022 and the spring of 2023 speed was a bit of an issue and I put the product to the test by loading as many asserts into a page as I could and as you would expect the product started to suffer. It started to lag badly and items would take ages before popping into the page. Then I had trouble loading the images, the images from the 3rd parties would just not show up let alone drop into the page.
Because of the speed and performance issues and the fact I felt the product was too new and unknown, I decided not to purchase it at that time. I was also concerned that the speed issues were a sign of a lack of funds. Lack of funds to improve the product and it might disappear from the market.

Fast forward to the summer of 2023, I decided to try the product again. It is still a little slow at times, however, the speed has improved since the spring of 2023 and the owner of the product is getting feedback about speed issues.

The speed of the product can be a real turn-off. Sometimes it has taken 5-7 sec to load from one page to another. Saving documents has taken nearly 60sec at times. Many times when opening up an asset group you get a handful of assets loaded but then it takes forever to load more, sometimes as long as 5 minutes or other times, they never load more and I just give up. this is a real shame. Please improve the speed issues.

The owner has certainly taken the feedback to heart and improved the performances. I do feel like the owner focused on adding lots of assets and building a feature-rich product with a good UX/UI but chose to hold back on speed performances. I feel the owner should halt all new features and focus on getting the speeds to 1-3s max.

I have spoken a lot on speed as this is the main standout con. If speed wasn't a con then this product would be a real bargain and a fantastic Canva alternative.

Layers, it would be nice to group a layer as a re-namable folder and not just see a group as a list. This is a negative as the non-grouped items and group items are all in list view and it is hard to tell them apart.

Of course, more features, not sure what tbh and more templates and assets would make this product even better.

As it currently stands, Plasfy is an excellent alternative to those used to Canva's UI. In fact, it seems Plasfy does some things better than Canva.

It's a great Canva alternative that's actually on the verge of becoming a fully standalone package all by itself without needing to be compared with Canva or Adobe Express.

Page loading times seem to have improved in the past few weeks after looking at older reviews, but there is still room for improvement.

I like it because I see potential, it will be even better when the development is finished from what I see in its roadmap.

I have Plasfy a try since I've been looking for a more affordable option to Canva or VistaCreate. The homepage is easy to navigate, with options to the left of the design screen. The template options are massive, almost too many for a relative newbie at designing promo materials. I like dozens of font options, as well as the ability to tailor the colors to an existing graphic. It was also easy to save the finish product and download it, too. I'm looking forward to trying out new features as I create more graphics.

The system was slower than I would prefer, but not a deal breaker. And I love the option for a one-time purchase instead of a monthly subscription. The money I will save makes me very happy!

As an affiliate marketer, I use Plasfy for creating eBook covers and social media post designs. My experience with it has been good. My biggest concern was I would spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to use the product, but I literally was able to go from Canva to Plasfy without missing a beat. I mean even though there are some differences I was still able to be up and running within minutes.

As a regular Canva user, I liked that there wasn't any learning curve to go from using Canva to Plasfy. While there were some differences, everything looked familiar even though it was my first time on the site.

I used Plasfy the same day I purchased it to make two eBook covers, and I could do everything I could with Canva.

Plasfy is improving its product, so they are still working on it. In my experience using it briefly, I found that the speed is slower than Canva, but it isn't a significant problem. I did notice two minor issues with trying to paste content inside my text box, and I also felt the slider toggle on the font selection was too small. I reported these issues, and Jasper from Plasfy replied the following day, confirming the corrections had been resolved. I have used Plasfy since then, and the improvements were indeed resolved.

I didn't find anything against it that I don't like.

I've been testing out this software, as we use several didn't applications to do what we need at any given time. We already use VistaCreate & Adobe Express, but sometimes they just don't do what is required.

I find the website can be a little slow at times, but nothing that stops me from using it. There are some good designs available, as sometimes you do run dry on ideas and these can be a good starting point.

There are a few teething problems, but from what I can see, these are being worked on. An example of a couple of these, is that sometimes when using a masked image, placing an outline just moves the object instead of adding an outline. Another one is that I've not found a way to move an object once it has been masked.

Having said this, there is plenty within the software to make it well worth the price. There is access to websites such as Pexels, Pixabay & Unsplash within the software, so you should never have a problem finding what you need, and the masking is a really nice touch and very easy to use.
