What is Polsia?
Polsia is an autonomous AI ecosystem that independently creates and manages entire businesses without any need for human intervention, utilizing a network of specialized AI agents that handle various ongoing tasks including planning, coding, marketing, and operations. Functioning as a perpetual "AI co-founder," it operates continuously to convert a business idea into a fully operational entity, incorporating vital systems such as servers, databases, email platforms, and development environments, while executing detailed workflows that cover product development, troubleshooting, customer support, outreach, and marketing strategies. In contrast to conventional systems that depend on external triggers, Polsia adopts a proactive methodology by consistently evaluating the business environment, prioritizing tasks, and performing them autonomously, all while refining its processes based on performance metrics and outcomes. By deploying a diverse array of agents specialized in different areas like engineering, marketing, and operations, each agent is equipped to undertake practical tasks, such as coding and deployment, thereby improving overall efficiency and productivity. This revolutionary model enables businesses to respond quickly to market shifts, ensuring they stay flexible and competitive in an ever-evolving landscape. Furthermore, this self-sufficient architecture fosters innovation, allowing businesses to experiment and adapt without the constraints typically imposed by traditional operational models.

Technical issues wasted my time and credits — support slow to resolve
Date: Jun 06 2026SummaryWould not recommend because of bugs.
I built SpiritBooksOS on Polsia to sell ebooks. Within weeks I ran into repeated cover generation issues — wrong titles, wrong authors, blank cards, images that didn't match the content. Each fix attempt ate task credits with nothing to show for it.
The problems weren't user error. They were platform-generated: covers that said one thing, books that said another. I flagged it. I opened a ticket. I waited 29+ messages with no real resolution before I had to escalate just to get a partial refund offer.
Meanwhile, I was running ads to a site that wasn't working properly. That's money down the drain.
The Polsia team is responsive in chat, but actual support took too long and the refund process required too much back-and-forth. I shouldn't have had to fight this hard for a resolution on platform-caused problems.
Two stars because the concept is solid and the team genuinely tries. Subtract two stars because bugs ate my credits and support made me wait too long for basic fixes.
Would I recommend? Conditional. If you're technical enough to work around bugs yourself, it might work. If you need things to just work, look elsewhere.PositiveWould I recommend? Conditional.
