    Save yourself the headache and go to a different solution for compliant cloud storage and secure email.

    It's cheap. It was the lowest cost solution for CUI and ITAR compliant cloud storage. Nothing else good about it.

    Negative

    Constantly corrupting files - we have all kinds of files with a size of 0KB. Terrible synchronization. Corrupts email by randomly changing certain characters. PreVeil leadership team talks a good game about correcting issues, but the same issues keep coming up after they're "fixed", and new ones crop up too. Collaboration is terrible.

    Mediocre, accounts disappearing? We can't have this in a production environment. Why no immediate access to support?

    When it works it just works. When it doesn't you have to wait for support to get back to you usually within 48 hrs.

    Unstable. Had a user I address over 2 years ago disappear form my user's roster in the Admin Console. No explanation, her account just disappears and her Preveil Email Client ceases to function. Unstable
