Very positive. I know it was a good decision for my business to start using Preflect, and I have recommended it to several other fellow entrepreneurs.

Absolutely amazing assistance and interactions from the team, for every step along the way, from set up to ads strategy. Communication was easy, and easily exceeded that of any company that I have ever interacted with as a small business owner. I was blown away at how incredibly helpful they were, and how much they actually cared that my ads did well and my business succeeded. the team was very accessible, responded quickly.

The AI does need sufficient data in order to be effective, which is to be expected. And it’s not the fault of Preflect or the team. It’s just frustrating to have to work through the data gathering phase.

They are easy to get started with, but after the campaigns started to fall a bit, I reached out for help. The suggestions that were given did not help and then I ended up losing the campaigns that were working and they wanted me to start from scratch. I requested a quick call to better understand what was happening, but they were unable accommodate that request. When I asked to cancel, they gave me the run around it ended up costing me more than it was worth. This experience might be limited to me, but the end was so bad that I would caution anyone from starting with them.

Easy to start and allows the user to try out different campaign ideas.

Data visibility is front and center.

Customer service is lacking and the little I did get was unhelpful and did not follow through with what they said they would be able to do.

I switched to this platform kind of on a whim, but I'm really glad I did. As a business owner, running ads can be super time-intensive and this really takes a lot of the guesswork out. The support and strategy calls are very helpful as well. Overall I feel like Preflect has allowed me to be far more successful with advertising than I could be on the Meta platform alone. Everything is just significantly simpler on Preflect. I don't have to set up different campaigns or targeting - I just let the algorithm do it's thing.

Algorithm can sometimes kill successful ads in favor of new content (which is also successful).
Reporting could be more robust .
