Prezi has helped me to design excellent presentations used internally and externally in my organization, thanks to the resources it has. Prezi has a great variety of functions and pre-designed templates, representing a remarkable saving of time and energy in the design of slides. Every feature and every resource this program provides saves time and improves the quality of our slide work.

Prezi provides me with everything I need to design presentations with an outstanding and attractive style to explain any content in the most creative way possible. Its interface is user-friendly, and most easily and quickly, I have been able to create excellent working presentations without complications in a matter of a few minutes. Its auto-save feature significantly reduces the risks of data loss in case of any interruption.

As for the use of the web application, I have had no problems; it works efficiently, although I can not say the same about the computer application due to the poor compatibility with the features of my computer.

Prezi has been a tool that has given me a lot, thus being able to meet all the needs I needed in terms of creating an attractive presentation for the public that received the information that I give within my company meetings. With Prezi I have been able to reduce the time it took me to create a presentation, it has been very flexible and dynamic to be able to use the templates to speed up the work process. With the help of this platform I have been able to attract the greatest attention from those who see my presentations both live and in videoconferences through the tool that combines video with presentations in an environment in which I can see myself and show my presentation of a very interactive way. With Prezi, I have also streamlined the work process by working collaboratively with my team to improve the quality of the presentation and also when the presentation is too long for a single person to develop it in a short period of time.

It has great flexibility and ease of use for any type of user, be it an entrepreneur or student. It has simple functions which allows you to drag and drop elements of the presentation without any problem, it also includes some keyboard shortcuts that allow you to speed up your work when editing a slide in Prezi. This platform has a number of templates that allow you to have a wide selection of ideas based on what type of information you want to present, I can also create my own templates to streamline my work process when I present on a company topic with predetermined patterns or contribute to the Prezi community. I really like that it has a section where I can use analytics to improve the appearance and content of my Prezi presentations, I use this tool a lot to improve the marketing potential within my work. It is very useful to be able to include my work team to carry out various contents within the same presentation. It is a good function to be able to carry Prezi on any desktop without having to install the Prezi application, it is very useful when you do not have an internet connection or do not have the software installed.

A negative point that this platform has is its performance regardless of the characteristics of the computer, the editor is extremely slow with how simple it is, if it had an option to lower the preview quality or simply optimize Prezi for the editing presentations made it less stressful to get the job done. Another characteristic that I count negative is that Prezi does not run on any computer, it may require installing the software to view the presentation, however this should not happen since the downloaded version of Prezi should work without requiring any installation. I have also had an error in the auto save, I say it because several times it has happened to me that I refresh the page or close it to edit the presentation later and I notice that a lot of information is missing and I have to start where it was not saved, it is a bit annoying when it is a large amount of information that had not been saved.

In my work area, we present all the slides made with Prezi, form its web version, because the slides downloaded as an executable file, can only be viewed on computers that have the application installed. My overall experience with Prezi has been really good despite t he complications I've had with using the desktop version.

Prezi has helped me create beatifully designed slides, and it has also helped me to present them smoothly. Previously with other platforms, we had problems presenting our slides, but since we used Prezi in our workspace, everything has improved, our slides have been able to take a more optimized design and our information can be presented in less time. I am very grateful to Prezi and for the effectiveness it has brought to my slides.

Prezi's work structure is quite organized, each section of the panel helps the user to design various slides on any topic, with a wide variety of designs and a variety of information organization. There are many positive factors that I liked about Prezi, and that made my experience on this platform much more optimized and profitable, these factors were:

1.- Prezi allowed me a slide editing panel that works with HTML5, and allows me to create slides fluently. This fluid panel has helped me create slides in less time, I can add various arrows or shapes to complement my slide, and I can also add drawings anywhere on my slide, and the fluidity will always remain.
2.- The Classic version of Prezi offers me a wide variety of templates that I can use depending on what my slide will be about or what topic it will be talking about. These templates have a design that I have never seen before, which is why I like Prezi so much, because it allows me to give a better design to my slides.
3.- The Viewing window that Prezi offers, for those users who enter my slide through their mobile device, is quite fast, it allows to view the entire slide made in a compact way adapted to the cell phone screen. While using this mobile phone display panel, there is no delay of any kind.

Prezi has given me a great way to create slides and has also been fluid when editing and finishing them. However, there have been several delays and problems when I tried to use the desktop version of Prezi. The problems that I have presented with this application are these:

1.- It takes a long time to log in after I have already entered all the login data.
2.- It takes a long time to load the content of the slides that I have made previously and that were stored in my Prezi user.
3.- When I download a slide as executable .exe format, these slides only can be viewed on computers that have the Prezi application installed.

With Prezi I have been able to capture more attention in meetings within my company since the slides are more intuitive and professional, thus being able to develop the content or the idea in a more practical and easy way. I have been able to create slides in less time compared to outdated and complicated PowerPoint slides. With this platform I have also been able to work collaboratively in order to streamline the work process when it comes to great information or a large number of ideas that occur within the feedback with my work team.

It is very practical to have a platform on which you can create slides without having to download any installation software for such use, I also love that to be able to view the slides on another computer and without the need for an internet connection, no installation is needed to preview as the slide has functions which the presentation plays smoothly. The template gallery is very useful since I have almost unlimited availability to be able to start a theme professionally without starting a slide from scratch, I only modify certain characteristics such as images, content, fonts, etc. The option of being able to edit the slide with drag and drop functions is very good to speed up the process of creating a slide.

There is a little problem on some computers when using the Prezi viewer, in certain cases you have to download the installable editor to be able to view the slides. Most of the time the Prezi viewer in desktop mode is very slow, I do not understand why they have not optimized that problem since it is a bit annoying when editing and previewing. I don't understand why to log into the desktop Prezi executable, I have checked my internet connection and everything is fine. Generally speaking most of the time and in every way Prezi can be a pretty slow platform.

My overall experience with Prezi has been really good as we have chosen not to use the downloadable version for computers. Currently, our team uses the version and the mobile version, because it allows us to have impressive agility when editing and completing any slide. I am very satisfied with the benefits that Prezi has brought me, because I have been able to make really creative slides, with a very attractive design and with the possibility of adding drawings and shapes to all my slides. Also, Prezi has allowed me to use templates that organize all my information very well, with arrows that redirect to another section of the slide with the press of a key. I would like to use the downloadable platform for computers, I hope you can improve it so that I can have a more complete experience with Prezi. Prezi is a very easy platform to use, your login is completely fast and the web version takes very little time to load.

In our work sector, it is very important to design high quality slides with a good information organization. Prezi has been able to provide us with this quality when creating and editing all kinds of slides. One of the things I like the most about this platform is that it offers me a wide variety of pre-designed templates that I can insert to any slide I am making, this allows me to give a better touch of creativity to the entire presentation. In addition, another feature that I love about Prezi is that it allows me to insert drawings or shapes previously created by the same platform, this has allowed me to add cartoons and many things that complement the slides that I am making.

Prezi is a very complete platform when it comes to making slides online, however, one of the negative factors that affects the user experience a bit is when the user uses the downloadable version for computers that Prezi offers. Currently, in our company we use Prezi in its web version and mobile version, because the downloadable application for computers takes a long time to load all the information on the slides and to be able to edit them, it consumes too much RAM on the computer and affects its fluidity. Also, this application has problems when converting the slide to .PDF format, causing the user to download the .pdf format from the web version. I would like to use this downloadable application, I hope you can optimize it so that you can have a much more experience.

My overall experience with Prezi has been really good. Currently we only use Prezi in its web version, due to the low optimization that its downloadable version for computers has. The web version of Prezi is really good, we have obtained the ability to create large numbers of slides without any limit and we have also enjoyed some excellent template designs to insert in all the slides we make. I am very happy with the use of this platform, I have never felt so comfortable making slides online before. I will continue to use this great platform because of its excellent ability to create complete slides, with excellent designs and with integrated drawings.

Prezi is a fantastic platform for creating and presenting slides. There are several things and features that I currently like about Prezi, and that have made my experience in this platform totally effective and I can design all types of slides without any problem, these positive characteristics have been:

1.- Prezi has a wide variety of templates with excellent designs, templates that have helped me to give a much more optimized design to all my slides and have also allowed me to organize the information inserted in my slide much better.
2.- Prezi has incredible speed in its Web version slide creator, something that very few platforms offer. Prezi has no delay in creating slides from the web version, it is completely fast and I can design slides without problems.
3.- Prezi offers me a great variety of shapes and drawings that I can insert in my slides and thus make it even more complete and give it a greater touch of creativity. These drawings are for all occasions, there are drawings of people, cars, houses and much more.

Prezi offers a downloadable version for computers which offers the same functionalities for creating, editing and presenting all types of slides. However, my negative review about Prezi is in relation to these downloadable applications. This application is too slow to edit slides, and also consumes a lot of capacity on the computer's RAM card, which causes the computer to become a little slow during the creation of a slide. In addition, the application takes a long time to load the information of a slide that has been previously created and that is saved in the cloud. I would like you to optimize this downloadable application, so that its use is even more profitable and not so negative.

Despite the errors that I have presented and the problems that have occurred when using the Prezi downloadable application, I consider that its general performance has been really good, I have really built slides attractive and I have been able to give a touch of creativity to each of them. The web version of Prezi has given me everything I need, has helped me create slides in less time, and has helped me to better order the information on each slide. I am very grateful to Prezi because it has allowed me to have ease in creating, editing and managing slides in my work sector.

Prezi is a platform fully adaptable to any company and its ability to handle all types of slides is really good. One of the things I like the most about this platform is that it allows me to make modifications to the design of each slide that I am making, so that I can establish my own design and I can use templates that adapt to my needs. I also really like having a simple "drag and drop" system which allows me to make all kinds of modifications to the slide information easily and also allows me to finish the slide in less time compared to other platforms.

One of the things that I really don't like about Prezi is that its desktop application is very poorly optimized, through this downloadable application I cannot make as many modifications to the slides that I want, due to Because this app offers too much load for the slide information and it also offers a slide editor that is more complicated to use. This application also has trouble converting slides to PDF and it takes a long time to convert the slide to an executable .exe file. I hope I can enjoy this downloadable application for computers when they have improved it, for now I am only using the web version.

Overall I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a unique and clean way to present presentations in any setting.

Great way to prepare and present a unique presentation. I've used it and it's super easy to set up and run.

There is a little bit of a learning curve at first.

Prezi can make your presentation look nice; and for the right type of presentation, it might be the right thing for you. For most presentations, this is overkill and a simple set of Powerpoint slides or physical graphs and charts will keep your audience more focused on the information you're trying to get across. Much like the various animation effects of Powerpoint itself, all that moving in and out, zooming around, none of that really aids in presentation beyond looking fancy. There is some extra level of organization in Prezi that you can't accomplish for Powerpoint, and you can more easily shift back and forth between specific chunks of information in Prezi. I'd recommend it for presentations with a lot of information and parts where you'll need to switch back and forth between different chunks several times throughout. Otherwise, you can get by just fine with Powerpoint and the main difference is simply down to aesthetics. Depending on your audience, one might be better received than the other.

Prezi can make your presentations look really nice and pretty with minimal effort. You can pretty much organize it however you want. My first use of it was for a class where a professor described it as a fancier version of Powerpoint. That's essentially what it is, all the features and types of content you'd associate with Powerpoint is exactly what you'll get out of Prezi, but it'll look much nicer and have a better flow to it.

The prettiness of it doesn't actually add much though, and over the years, when I've needed to make a presentation, I still go back to Powerpoint. Most presentations don't really need all the bells and whistles that come with Prezi, nor the added organization aspect of it, which can make use of this over Powerpoint come off as just showing off or plain distracting from the actual content.

It can be edited and used as per your need.It has app for android, iOS, which works as presentation clicker too. For remote presentation there is option to add recorded voice over with the presentation, which plays the audio as presentation is started step by step. It supports importing PowerPoint files, which you can use to further to polish your presentation. Overall its a great presentation tool with complete capability of remote and in-person presentation.

Love the presentation method and the way the information flows from one concept to the next. How information you are presenting connects across the themes through imagery is really nice too.

You are limited in offline capability and once you cancel your subscription anything you have created becomes public domain. That's bordering on blackmail if you have any sensitive information that you present on.
