PositiveThe pros are that the platform covers the majority of the tasks that an attorney needs BUT they do not always work as advertised!
NegativeNot very practical. Prima has everything a lawyer needs, but the problem is that it does not always work! You need to get help from their sales rep, and sometimes you get stuck for a week b/c you cant access a questionnaire that was completed by your client. It's unfortunately taking us more time trying to track down my client's response on Prima, then if we were to complete all the forms w/ the client in one go.
