The platform's multiple project views, such as Gantt, Kanban, List, and Calendar, make monitoring work from different perspectives easy. For example, if I want a glance at work scheduled for the month, I go for the Calendar view. On the other hand, if I need increased visibility into my tasks, I switch to Kanban. It just makes everything effortless.

ProProfs makes remote team collaboration seamless. I can exchange feedback via task comments and also keep track of everything going on via multiple project views.

So far, we have not witnessed any issues with the tool's features or functionality. It has worked well for us.

Creating invoices takes work. Using a tool like ProProfs makes it easier to estimate the time and effort put in by a team member. Also, the tool automatically creates invoices and offers them as they can be shared with the clients. It is amazing!

With ProProfs, I don’t have to use a separate tool for invoicing. I can manage my projects and track accurate time spent on tasks for calculating estimates.

It would be great to have more options for third-party integrations.

Its Kanban board offer increased visibility into each task and how it is moving from one stage to the next. Also, the tool's Calendar and List view further help track project status at a glance.

I really cannot point out a flaw in the tool. It has worked well for us till now.

The tool’s Calendar view provides all my project information in an easily accessible place. I can simply click on a date and add the project, task, subtask, or event name to define its schedule.

It would be great to see advanced document management capabilities in the tool. Apart from that, I do not have any inconvenience.

What I like most about using the tool is how easy it has made for me to track progress from anywhere, anytime. Being in charge of managing multiple projects, I am mostly occupied with daily meetings. ProProfs lets me visualize which tasks are in progress and which ones are completed right from the tool’s dashboard. It saves me time in taking time off from my meetings to go check up on progress. The tool is a blessing!

ProProfs lets me monitor every step of the way using multiple project views. I rely on the Gantt chart view if I want a big-picture of my projects. It shows me which tasks are lined up and check for overlapping tasks. The Kanban board provides an in-depth view of all my tasks across different workflows. Also, I can instantly switch to the Calendar view to get an overview of my scheduled tasks.

Honestly, I cannot pinpoint any major issues. Sometimes I wish I could integrate with other third-party apps apart from Zapier. That’s it. I’m sure ProProfs will bring in more integration options in the future.

This is one tool that I have stayed with the longest! I have juggled a few tools previously but I found it extremely hard to track my tasks in real-time with them. ProProfs, on the other hand, has taken my task management game to a whole new level. Using it, I can access real-time task status for tasks across different teams within minutes.

The tool offers options such as 'My Open Tasks,' 'My Overdue Tasks,' 'Tasks I Follow,' and 'My Completed Task,'. Using these, I am taken to a dashboard that has all my tasks under the various categories in one place. This ensures that nothing slips through the cracks.

I would love to have more automation capabilities in the future. And with the tool's continuous improvements and upgrades, I'm sure we'll soon have the feature!

I have been using the tool for quite some time. I have noticed that my tasks and team members are better organized, eliminating any confusion while following workflows.

I like that I can access every bit of data regarding all my projects. Its dashboard gives me a high-level view of all the projects. Using it, I can view each project's progress percentage, its assigned members, due date, all at a glance.

I cannot pinpoint a flaw. If I do face hiccups while managing projects, its customer support team is quick to respond with solutions.

Earlier, team collaboration was a real struggle. This not only delayed project delivery but also resulted in unhappy clients, and that's the last thing we wished for. We adopted this tool and have noticed visible improvement in team collaboration and efficiency, leading to faster project delivery.

My team members can comment on tasks and share files with each other instantly. This eases cross-team collaboration and helps deliver projects faster.

For what we use the tool for, it has really helped enhance our everyday efficiency. Maybe we can have more third-party integrations in the future.

I can set task dependencies so that everybody in the team is clear about whose task is dependent on whom. This way. There is no confusion regarding which tasks need to be addressed first and which can be taken care of later.

I can plan and create a crystal-clear workflow in minutes. This workflow helps team members follow a defined path of project execution for sure-shot success.

It would be great to have a longer trial period of 30 days. Currently, it offers only a 15-day trial period.

Overall, the experience has been great as it made me write this review. For any business that is looking for a single tool for company-wide team collaboration, they must not think twice before going for ProProfs.

We have tried at least 5-6 project management tools before switching to ProProfs Project and I believe that says a lot about this tool. Right from sales, marketing to product teams, all use this tool to track their respective as well as interlinking tasks.

We would love to see more integration options in the future.

I am exceptionally amped up thinking to continue to utilize ProProfs Project for my task. I am happy with the outcomes I have got by using each element while managing my project. It has an awesome kanban and calendar view that has helped me to have a bird eye view of all my tasks.

As a project manager, I manage marketing teams which often involves last-minute changes and frequent task prioritization. The tool makes it easy for me to prioritize tasks across projects and keep everyone in-the-know of desired task responsibilities.

I have been using the tool for the last one and a half years. There’s nothing that I can complain about. The tool has worked well for us.

I have been using this tool for 1.5 years (at the time of writing this review) and I must say I am quite impressed. As a freelancer, I can manage multiple design projects in one place and make sure their delivery is never delayed. Kudos to the ProProfs team!
