Date: Nov 15 2024SummaryPlease don't sign up with them. We signed up for our "free trial" period which isn't free and decided to stay with our current company Skimmer. I have reached out for a refund which they agreed to since we never got our company up and running with them and no one will get back to me. I have left multiple messages on their automated voicemail and have emailed their CEO Peter Wasmer, the onboarding specialist
Jonathan, and the sales person Frank.

NegativeThe sales guy was super pushy, especially when I had my concerns about the program and the merchant processing site they used called Stripe. He seemed to get a little agitated when I told him that we needed some time to think about making a change to our current program. We were charged for nothing, and now they won't answer a phone call or an email. There is no way of getting a hold of anyone and this was one of my biggest concerns moving forward with them.
