    Summary

    Please don't sign up with them. We signed up for our "free trial" period which isn't free and decided to stay with our current company Skimmer. I have reached out for a refund which they agreed to since we never got our company up and running with them and no one will get back to me. I have left multiple messages on their automated voicemail and have emailed their CEO Peter Wasmer, the onboarding specialist
    Jonathan, and the sales person Frank.

    I am glad that we didn't sign up with them in the end.

    The sales guy was super pushy, especially when I had my concerns about the program and the merchant processing site they used called Stripe. He seemed to get a little agitated when I told him that we needed some time to think about making a change to our current program. We were charged for nothing, and now they won't answer a phone call or an email. There is no way of getting a hold of anyone and this was one of my biggest concerns moving forward with them.
