It has many use cases and honestly I think it is one of the best tools on the market for what it does. If you need a process management tool that also helps you stay compliant and optimize work, Process Street is the answer. PositiveProcess Street has many useful features to streamline workflow management across teams. The ease of building workflows is a huge plus (it's all drag and drop), but then the addition of AI tasks and Code Tasks for more complex requirements has been a game changer. Also the fact it has an open API is amazing, and makes integrating between other tools easy, especially with the native integrations they already have built out. Another aspect I love about Process Street is the ability to have guest users - this makes it super convenient when needing to bring someone external in to a process, while maintaining high visibility into the work getting done, and tracking everything together in one spot. NegativeI wish their native reports were a little more robust, but that being said, you are able to connect your data to 3rd party BI tools like PowerBI or Tableau, so doing that I can create all the types of reports I would need. While Data Sets are an excellent feature, they’re still somewhat limited — you can push in larger imports from outside systems, but automatically updating or overwriting values isn’t possible yet.
