Company does not give out my data, breaks the law
Date: Oct 14 2020SummaryVery bad, the company do not know their legal responsibilities, and should not be trusted with any data of personal information.
PositiveI was expecting to see the results of the tests I filled out and was mildly interested in the results, which were never given to me in the end.
NegativeI was a potential recruit and wanted to see my results. No automated email was sent to me, so I asked the company for my data, but they refused to give it to me. I also contacted the parent company in the UK. They said the same thing, that only their client company as a data controller has the responsibility to do that. As a data processor, they are not responsible for giving me my test results and other data items the have of me, such as IQ and maths test results. I managed to get 1/3 of my data from their client (personality profile). This company is in violation of GDPR laws and its own online privacy policy. Their pseudoscientific product can cost people jobs.
