Company does not give out my data, breaks the law

    Date: Oct 14 2020
    Summary

Very bad, the company do not know their legal responsibilities, and should not be trusted with any data of personal information.

    Positive

I was expecting to see the results of the tests I filled out and was mildly interested in the results, which were never given to me in the end.

    Negative

I was a potential recruit and wanted to see my results. No automated email was sent to me, so I asked the company for my data, but they refused to give it to me. I also contacted the parent company in the UK. They said the same thing, that only their client company as a data controller has the responsibility to do that. As a data processor, they are not responsible for giving me my test results and other data items the have of me, such as IQ and maths test results. I managed to get 1/3 of my data from their client (personality profile). This company is in violation of GDPR laws and its own online privacy policy. Their pseudoscientific product can cost people jobs.
