Overall, I would highly recommend Publuu. I have seen ebooks created by other writers, and I like the books that used Publuu as their platform.

I am pleased with Publuu's customer service. They answer questions immediately via their Chat. I have contacted them at 7am ET and there is someone available then. I don't have to wait to get help. It is very pleasant to do business with them, which is unusual today. With most companies, you are lucky to get an answer.

I don't have much to say here. I am not savvy when it comes to using eBook publishing software, but I do get assistance with my many questions.

This has been an incredible product to use- better than Issuu. I like that it doesn't recompress pdfs. 10/10 would recommend.
