My overall is experience with Pumble is best so far and would highly recommend this one especially to Virtual Assistants out there. It is hassle free and no issues at all. Runs smooth and best for daily use.

I've been using Pumble for more than a month now and so far so good. There's no crashing, loading or error with pumble and that what makes our "team office messenger" easier to communicate especially for me as a Virtual Assistant.

We have plenty of Virtual Assistants and it's easier to :

1. Search names if you want to do direct messages to a specific person.
2. Save Items, insert file, channel browser (it's like searching for a group chat) Threads etc.
3. Create Work space and Work space that you can upgrade your storage intended for files/saved files etc. and you can also use pumble through your phone.
4. You can screen share, you also have 10gb workspace if you want to upgrade your work space and customizable sidebar.
5. They also have a customer support/customer service rep.

As for now I am currently using it for free and it's less hassle for me since I don't have to add people to a social media account just to communicate.

As for now I did not encounter any issues with Pumble for more than a month of using it so I can't tell if I have any problem with it or something I don't like.

Pumble is all about giving users a good and unique experience which its competitor lacks and on top of that It's support system is also very good.
In short it is very Reliable and Top performance.

I like everything about Pumble specially its feature like Unique Emoji of User, Creating personal channel, to do list within app, All DM feature where everyone can message at a same place and last but not the least File browser where You can find all the documents which make it different from its competitor.

There is a cliche that everything has a room for improvement but for Pumble I don't find it's correct But I am looking for even more effective user experience. Let's hope Pumble do it for its users in next update.

It was great and very easy. I use this everyday and it is very useful. You can also use emojis to let the other person know you saw the message. It can be used as an acknowledgment.

It is user friendly. It can be used by anyone, anywhere. It can be logged in in any device. This was my first time using it but it feels like I have been using it before. You can communicate well to other people and is a big help on working together with my teammates.

You should have more guidelines, or present the things that we can do on Pumble. I just use this for communication and I'm not sure if there are other things we can do here.

Overall it is so excellent, better than the other apps we used before this app came to our company. I'm super happy!

Super smooth to use this app and user friendly, very useful to our company to use, from the grouping of our editors, management, general and etc.

Overall this product i would recommend others to use. I have not had anything be so easy to use for my workspace.

I like that Pumble is very easy to use. very easy to navigate through different channels. it is not confusing at all to use. Everything is in good spots so you don't lose anything you need.

Really useful app. Makes working as a team seamless despite not sharing an office. The channels make it easy for departments to focus on their own projects.

Channels are helpful for focusing and collaborating on topics. Helps connect the team while working apart. Great alternative to Teams.

Images automatically save to files which can be annoying.

It's all good. I like it. It's also best for us as VA's especially when you start up your VA business and the upgrading of storage is affordable so this is perfect for businesses also.

Product is good. You can easily find browser, channel browser, people and user groups, all dm's and threads. You can also chat/dm everyone who's in the group only. It is an exclusive chats. No adds.

Sometimes the notification sound is not working. Idk but so far there's no other problem for me. It's already good because there's no limit of people who can join with the chat.

Overall it has been a feature rich experience with Pumble. So much easier to manage your team and the conversations within the team. File sharing is an added bonus. We have used slack in the past but somehow the UI and UX of Pumble although quite familiar to Slack seems better.

Ease of use and the ability to create channels to manage conversations about our projects. The best part is that it can be used on an iPhone or an Android or a Macbook or a Windows PC and even a Linux PC. You are connected everywhere and don't feel left out.

There is nothing that we haven't liked about this software so far. If something comes up, I would come back to edit this review :)

It is a reliable and professional application, it is easy to use and can be easily understood. Supports channels and thread feature.

Messages pop up even if the application is minimised. Having the ability to create channels and also have the thread feature.

Not having the feature of voice messages and not having the feature to add the favourites.

Awesome team tool and very easy to use, lack of Google integration is a major problem. Hopefully Pumble team will work on that soon.

Very easy to use, covers major Slack features. Free plan is very satisfying for small teams like mine.

Missing Google integration and team calls (one-on-one calls are available though).

Pumble is something I would highly recommend.

The features are impeccable. It's extremely easy to use. It's not that complicated as well. It loads up too quickly as well unlike other platforms that have lagging issues.

It must have some additional features such as a variety of customizable themes and animations to spice up some fun and 'eye-entertainment'.

I really love using PUMBLE. The characters when a new member is added is quite funny but the aura of this communication tool is FUN.

User friendly and very easy to navigate. I love the SAVED items and when it automatically saves all the screenshots or images sent to the GC. And at the same time it will not delete all previous topics and contents or conversations not like with SLACK that it has a minimum number of conversations allowed then it will delete.

For now, I haven't noticed any of the cons. Though it sound too good to be true but that is the truth since I've been using PUMBLE for quite a long time now.

Pumble has simplistic design which attracts us toward him & has its absolute Support system which help us with our problem while using the app quickly & pricing is also very less compared to the market.

It's simplicity & easiness which you feel using this app and its some features like creating channel, groups, All DMs, thread feature is something which I like the most, This app is something you can't ask for more.

Video conferencing is something in which there is a room of improvement, Its quality is good but can be enhanced & aside from this I can't find any other problem.
