It's been great and made it much easier to quickly communicate with the various businesses I work with.

The fact that each thread archives files in the order they were uploaded. Huge time saver as compared to searching email.

It can be easy to delete a thread so I would request a dialogue box to pop up to confirm that deletion was the intent.

Overall I love it, it's clean, simple, minimal also less popular so it's less liable to have spamming. I also use Clockify. Perhaps add some Clockify connection support. But you might want to keep it branded as its own thing.

I like how this is a simplistic alternative and also possible low hacking and spam version of Discord / Telegram. It comes off cleaner.

No cons so far, it's such a simplistic experience. The one thing I was doing to say was no dark mode but there's a dark mode.

I would definitely recommend this platform.

The video call feature is good and great if you are looking for a simple video call software with a no frills look to it and decent performance.

The fact that screen sharing is unavailable to the free account. that other services from other companies such as Google Drive is not able to integrate into the system.

When I came across Pumble I was super excited after looking through various apps to do what I was intending. I'm on a team of two and we just needed a concise platform to chat with clients and keep their projects in. These are short-medium term projects so we didn't need something insanely fancy and we already use other apps for video chat and project organizing. Pumble let me have exactly what I wanted without cluttering the user-experience for clients.

- Free plan works perfect for users just doing internal chat and is very fluid and easy to transition to from Slack.
- Pricing is very reasonable and cuts out a lot of the fluff from other apps.
- Interface is modern and feels premium.

- Only con I have is I would love the ability to share a link to a private channel to make clients joining easier.

Pumble is so easy to use and so far I have never experienced any trouble or technical issue. It's very useful for us to communicate with our clients and co-workers. Price is already good especially when you add some storage for your personal files etc. Plus you can also screen share so it's very useful and helpful.

This platform has been key to developing stable communication within my work sector, I work as a project writer and it is very important to have correct communication with all company employees, within my project habits we have a communication channel chat created within this platform, but I am also integrated into the other chat channels throughout the company, because my main function is to communicate with them to achieve success in each of the activities and projects that we are carrying out. 4.- I love the unlimited way in which I can use this platform, there is no type of limit regarding the information or the history of the chat of the channels that you have created, for example, a chat has been created for your team and they have sent many messages within it, this is not a problem within this platform, you will be able to find those messages in a simple way with the search engine within the platform, also if you want you will not have to delete that history at any time , since there is no type of limit in the history of the messages sent.

5.- You can share all kinds of files within the chat channels, that means that you will not have to use additional or third-party platforms to transfer a file to your work team, you just have to upload it to the platform and share it with your chat channel, in addition, within this platform you can also send private messages, direct messaging works wonderfully and will help you if you want to communicate with a specific person without using the team chat channel.

This platform has been amazing due to the way it has worked within my company, most of the features it has have helped simplify communication to a great extent, however, there are some negative aspects that need to be mentioned about this service, such as:

1.- This platform does not allow you to send any type of Voice Notes within the chat channels. Currently there are applications such as WhatsApp or Telegram which allow you to send voice notes to simplify communication within the chat channels, however within this platform is not possible, the only way to communicate with your work team is by sending and receiving messages within the chat channels as well as using the group video call system. But I am not interested in what simply this Voice Notes system would help make communication much simpler and faster.

2.- I have searched for this application in the iOS store and I have not found it, so this platform is not available for my mobile device, and this is unfortunate because this platform would help simplify the way I communicate with my team without needing to use my computer, I have used the web version and the download version for computers to be able to communicate with my team through the chat channels offered by this platform, I would love for an iOS application to be created as soon as possible to facilitate communication within my mobile device.

3.- The transfer or upload of files within the chat channels could be greatly improved, currently it is not bad, but it could be used since sometimes it takes a while to upload the corresponding files.

I loved this application as this is very user friendly.

All l can say is Pumble is the best there is, l spent a lot of time looking at an app that has all my needs and now l can safely say l got it.

Whats there to not like? It's too good. l for one cannot complain of anything based on my experience with the station and the app too.

I'm just starting to use Pumble, but I'm already in love with it. Looking forward to building my first company as a CEO and creating more collaborations with others using this platform.

I've used similar apps before and I can say that the main advantage of Pumble is its design.

The combination of colors like purple on grayish-black on the left side is quite dark but not overpowering, which is good for the eyes. While the white and light gray background for the black text makes the messages easy to read. Another one I like is the round edges incorporated in the interface design because they give the whole look a relaxing feel.

Everything looks great but the default smiley icon I got as the profile photo. For me, it looked rather "sad". Hope you can change it into the usual smiley, or anything that is actually smiling.

Overall experience with Pumble is amazing! I love using it. Can't wait to share this with my friends.

I loved the user friendliness of Pumble and it is much better compared to other products! It is so amazing and easy to use.

The only thing that I want the team to have them improve is the active status.

Overall, I find Pumble useful for a day-to-day operation, we get to send unlimited number of messages, and those messages get sent to team members. Uptime status have been great, only down side is the UI/UX which I feel needs improvement. I checked their roadmap, and it seems they'll allow custom themes in the future.

Ready to use, on the go team chat SaaS, even has a mobile app. It's free and cheap, we're currently testing and using it.

The UI could be improved - hate the colors at the moment, a bit cartoonish for my taste. Even the default user icons are too childish. They should change the UI/UX to make it looks more suitable for business.

It should show the history or a text if the message is deleted by somebody, It gets difficult to find what message is deleted by whom in the group.

First of all, despite all the technological advancements, problems with wi-fi and software are still real. They get to us most certainly during our virtual meetings. For sure, you have by now seen at least some of your colleagues freeze in the funniest positions during your online meetings.

Moreover, we’re all tired of that one unavoidable question at the beginning of each attendee’s virtual meeting presentation.

You guessed it — it’s the famous “Can everyone hear me?”.

As funny or annoying as that may sound, it’s necessary to check if we’re heard — sometimes, due to various tech issues, we won’t be.

We use Pumble every day for client check ins and when invoices are ready for check out. Easy to setup chat rooms and good UI for those who are not tech inclined.

Chat rooms are very easy to create! Inviting people to your company is simple and quick. Our company used just the free version of Pumble and it's full of features.

The limit of 8 people per chat room (on the free version mind you!) can be a bit limiting for a bigger company such as ours.
I also am unsure when another user reads or sees my messages.

It's really good so far since you can communicate anywhere plus you can also screen share which is great. I think that's one of the highlight of Pumble. For now I'm still exploring it and that's all I have discovered as of now.

I'm new here in Pumble since this is our new way to communicate with the team. I have tried it for a day already and everything seems good and great. I also tried it using my phone and it works. Even when I'm away from home or anywhere I can still communicate with our team and it easily opens whether you open it by phone or a laptop/desktop. In short, it's hassle free.

I hope Pumble will have a better screen when using by phone like I can more expand the screen like zooming in/out. But as what I've experienced it's already good to go.
