    PurelyHR is a key service for improving the overall human resources of any company, which serves to work with automated tracking of the history of each link of the staff, including their quality of work and their attendance, so it serves to make reports that lead to the creation of payrolls.

    Positive

    From PurelyHR it is easier to access the information of all employees within the company, and it is possible to add reports on the complaints that have been filed about them, on the development of their work actions, and on the increase of their relationships with us, so you have a total view of the history of each of them.

    Negative

    PurelyHR does not provide tools to track candidates during the hiring process, such as a scoring system to help you make decisions based on things like personal presentation and interview quality. The employee portal is good, but does not allow employees to comment on their satisfaction with the job.
