    Summary

    In addition to part measurement reports, we have used the software to issue reports on gage R&R, before and after heat aging. Our support has always provided the best results and allowed us to achieve good results.

    A QDM system helps engineers answer questions before they even ask them, with run charts, stats, capability CP, and CPK. It is easy to use and has a nice graphical roadmap that makes it clear where the measurements were taken.

    Engineering communities may be afraid of change and sharing data among themselves, but not because of the software itself. However, once the fear of real data was overcome, we were able to make real progress.
