I wish every company would use this system. It motivates me to do better at my job to get more points and to openly acknowledge my colleagues so that they can get these rewards too!

It lets me thank my team members and colleagues in a way that they can then make into a tangible reward!

I want more choices as to what I am rewarding them when it comes to badges. Sometimes it's hard to select one of the badges to link an acknowledgement to.

Ease of use, and the variety of gift cards, but best of all the generosity of my co-workers.

Some of the cards have odd breakdown of denominations. For instance, you can get a $50 gift card, but not a $60 gift card in some cases. So you have to now get 2 cards one for 10 and one for 50. It would be easier to pick your denominations especially if you have 61 Qarrots.

Overall the quality of the site and its products are fairly good. I would keep coming to this website.

Sometimes a task is still open but carrot says the task is closed and that makes it slightly difficult to get my points.

It should be as minimum of $3 dollars. Sometimes it’s the small amounts that help one out.

Back in the day all companies used to give out prices that they choose without thinking if they were to fit their employee needs, with Qarrot and the availability to choose what you want to get is a great way to motivate and to keep people engage to accomplish goals.

So far i honestly have not encountered any cons about the Qarrot platform, maybe if want to get too technical will be the quantity of points required to cashed versus the reward amount, (honestly is not that big of a deal).

My overall experience has been positive and great. I’m glad that my job offers them because the incentive they have come in handy with all the online shopping we’ve been doing.

I like how easy it is to redeem my Qarrots. I literally can go to the store or restaurant I want and download them to my email then utilize them instantly.

I believe more restaurants would be great. Possibly more stores as well and offer smaller quantities in purchases. If the denominations can be 10,20,30. Instead of 10,15 in some cases.
