Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. They just try to scam you for €200. Paid the €0.50 for the QR and they got hit with a €200 charge for nothing!

No pros, this is a scam! Do not purchase or you will be subscribed to a €200 subscription without your consent.

They charge you €200 for a subscription that is never mentioned when you purchase a QR code for €0.50.

They do not do refund. They are not giving my 200 euros back. They charged me 200 euros. It's unbelievable.

It was a horrible experience and the site is a scam. Avoid at all cost, or you'll be charged for nothing.

The code was very cheap and it worked ok, very easy to buy. I have to wrote more according to the word count but there is no more I want to say, since the site is a scam.

After two weeks they charge you 200 Euro for a year subscription with no warning. Perhaps there is some information in very small font, but I was absolutely not aware of subscribing while buying the initial code. They send no invoice.

I cannot believe I wasted my time and money creating wedding invitations with this QR code only to be scammed. After all the money that goes into wedding planning and then this happens. I feel so defeated and idiotic that I even trusted this horrible site. DO NOT USE. They should be shut down.

I cannot believe that this site hasn't been taken down yet. They are scamming people out of their money and getting away with it. I went on Google because I needed to customize a QR code for my fiancé and I's wedding invitations. I generated a code no problem, and printed 100 invitations with the code. I get an email a week later that my "trial" expired and that if I wanted to renew my code, I would have to pay $45. This wasn't written anywhere initially when I created my code. NO WHERE was there any mention of a charge to keep my code. I decided that since I had already printed the invitations, I would just pay the $45. But when I checked pricing again to pay, they wanted to charge me $98!!! How is that possible?! I emailed them about this and they said they are allowed to change prices however they see fit whenever they want. They do this based off of desperation of customers needing their QR codes.

Beware of QRZILLA and QRTY.

QRZILLA makes you think that you are buying a QrCode at 0.5€ but keep your credit card details to take an annual subscription at 250€!! They have no CGV because their company is Spanish, governed by Spanish laws. In addition the QR Code did not work!
Many of us have been cheated, go check on TrustPilot or Scam.
If this happens to you, ask your bank for the CHARGEBACK procedure!! As soon as you have not given your consent to a payment transaction, the bank or the credit card company must reimburse you (article L.133-18 of the monetary and financial code).

Nothing really, they are copying other sites. The functionality are poor and my experience was awful. It doesn't work. I spent 250€ for that!

They trick you without mentioning it is a subscription when you pay at first. Then they take 200 euros from you saying it is renewed as an annual plan.

This is one of the worst experience on the internet and this company should be taken down!!

1- Claim possible fraud with your bank and ask for a refund of the amount with reservation.
2- Bank will ask to send an email to the company where you state you disagree with the amount taken.
3-Go to the European Consumer Center website of your country and FILE a COMPLAINT.
4- They will hand it over to the Spanish Centro Europeo del Consumidor en España who will inform the company about their VIOLATION.

I had the same experience of many with the misleading QR code / subscription ending in €200.

This is a terrible scam run by known scammers. The owner was implicated in the largest mobile telephone scam in Spanish history.

Ummm... just like everyone else says. they steal your money!!? They lure you in with a .50 euro offer, then they hide their intent to collect 200 euros for a "year subscription" and then you never see your money again. SCAMMERS.

I had a very negative experience with this company and would like to warn others, before they end up paying €200 for an annual subscription, they are not aware they are signing up to. BE WARNED.

The QRTY site is very misleading. Customers, like myself are not aware they are signing up to an annual subscription, until €200 is deducted from your bank account. The company will not refund, despite many emails and show a lack of empathy and consideration towards customers.

This company should be not operational anymore and I think they should at least compensate clients or talk with them.

I did not use any of their services and still they take my money. Request for invoice so I can go to a lawyer they refuse to give.

After contacting them, I received a bunch of explanations of why I can't get a refund, from a bot, I think. As it's been said before, their app looks very friendly and professional, so you lose your caution. Beware of people on the Internet.

Please, don't provide your credit card information, they are scammers. I was making a banner (I'm a Ukrainian activist) and forgot to cancel the subscription. I didn't get any notifications about my subscription going to an end and was charged 200 euros basically for nothing, I managed to make just 1 QR code.

One of the worst companies I've come across. Although I can't argue about the information given on the website, it's entrapment. I didn't land on their homepage but on a link.

Robbed 200 euro from my account, paid 50 cents for a QR code. And then 14 days later they took €200. Just to see if it was clear, I went through to buy another QR code on a fake account, and it's not clear at all. This should be illegal, lowest of the low. Stay away. Contact your bank and see if you can get the money back. Can't leave a review on TrustPilot.

I wouldn't recommend it by any means, because it shouldn't be so tricky to make a single QR code. There are so many companies out there that do it, with no such treatment to their customers.

The production of the QR code was fine. I had no problem creating a QR code, and paying for it 0.50 Euros. But it didn't stop there.

I used my debit card to pay for a single QR code the amount of €0.50. They kept the details of the card and used it in order to charge me, without my consent, an annual subscription.

When I entered the site, the process was to pay €0.50 for the QR code, so I had a quiet mind that I wouldn't have any extra charge, as I already paid for their service. The way the process of the payment/subscription is constructed, TRICKS YOU into making this mistake!

I have already contacted my bank asking for my money back, and I will take it as far as it takes.

This is horrible, absolutely not user friendly service. They quietly charged me 200 euro for their annual plan WITHOUT notifying in advance that they will make this withdrawal. Fucking service! They refused to return my money because "this information is on their website".

Bought 1 QR code for 0.77 cents, they kept my credit card information and charged me 307 dollars, stating I signed up for a year. They would not refund me and my credit card company couldn't dispute it either, stating that I signed up for their terms and conditions. It was my bad for not reading through, but I was rushing to download a QR code for work. I figured 0.77 cents wasn't bad. I didn't know they would be ripping me off a week later.

They are scammers, don't buy from them any QR... cant believe I can't pay the rent this month cause of them and they don't care.

They allow you to make a "free" QR for 0,5€ then, after 14 days they charge you 200€ without any advice... they refused to refund my money.. I have reported everything to police.

Nothing, there are better solutions at lower price, with great support and very kind ppl... they are just scammers.
