Keeping the Job Site and Office Aligned

    Date: Jul 02 2026
    Summary

Communication on-site has improved in ways that paper memos and whiteboards couldn't match. There are fewer questions about daily tasks and scheduling changes. The platform is stable enough that nobody worries about it during crunch times. This has become part of our regular workflow

    Positive

Displays in the main office trailer and break room show weekly safety topics, project milestones, and upcoming deadlines. The field and office teams stay on the same page about schedule shifts and material deliveries. The screens are easy to read from across the room, which matters in a busy trailer environment. Project managers can make updates without walking the entire site to pass along every change.

    Negative

We had to buy a weatherproof screen for the outdoor site area, since the standard setup isn't built for that kind of use. More visual-heavy templates would work better since many of our guys prefer pictures over text. Keeping content consistent across multiple screens takes a little extra effort. These are practical things to consider rather than issues with the software itself.
