    The right project management software

    Organize my work and my life!

    My team has been struggling quite a lot to find a best solution to collaborate. We've used Asana, Trello and Jira for quite a while but our team wasn't satisfied with the result. We have to pay a lot to add more members on Asana, Trello doesn't have a list and Jira... is just beyond impossible to learn how to use.

    So when one of my colleague introduced me with Quire, I wasn't expecting much. But then I started it out, I know immediately this tool is a must-have for my team and I. We got our team onboard with Quire in less than 2 weeks after I started using it and now, my whole team works on Quire everyday! We love their hierarchical task list, we don't use Kanban board much - only during the meetings. Anyways, I highly recommend this product!

    - Effective to communicate with my team (28 people)
    - Can export the data at anytime
    - Task list with unlimited subtasks: just like Microsoft Word!

    Quire is great!

    Summary

    I have to attend several meetings in a week at work.
    Quire comes in handy for me to organize the tasks and track the overall progress for my meetings.
    During the meeting, instead of writing tasks and ideas down with pen and paper, I use Quire to keep a record, this way all of my team members would be on the same page immediately.
    Quire supports Kanban board, personally, I think it's one of their best features. In my case, throughout the week, I can move weekly tasks on the board, from column to column.
    This helps me to have a direct visual understanding of which tasks need to be done in the upcoming days and what not.
    I recommend Quire to all the people who has countless meetings at work. It will definitely improve the productivity throughout the week!
