    An excellent software for mechanical contractors. Supports both fabricating and purchasing duct, figures jobs by labor hours (more accurate), and only needs occasional material price updates. Can be slow at times so ensure you are using a fairly decent computer. Incredibly customizable.

    Intuitive, visually appealing interface (duct 4.0).
    Much much faster than manual estimating.
    Useful template reports.
    Easily customizable.

    Negative

    Resource heavy (especially RAM).
    Server database (duct 4.0) can be laggy.

    I really can't think of any. The product is pricey and does not function well. You're forced to put in 100 characters for Pro's. You don't need that many

    Many, we have not won a job of any size since we purchased the product over a year ago. Support tells us we can't adjust labor multipliers on back sheet per material group ie: copper , CPVC, PVC etc.
    Includes many items not used or needed making #'s noncompetitive.
