I feel like this is better than an in person event as you can't really invite people to attend your booth at an in person event through the list of registered attendees (in person events don't give that out ahead of time), plus I like that I don't have to travel anywhere, and can do this in the convenience of my own home.

I recently attended a healthcare specific career fair and had the BEST experience with using Brazen. Their customer service is phenomenal, the platform is VERY easy to use, and most of all, I love it because I get to invite the talent I'm specifically looking for to stop by at my booth, and they get to come by if it's a mutual fit so it's a win-win situation for both parties.

I didn't like that it was a bit "hard" to set up but then once I got the hang of it and got help through their AWESOME customer service, it was super easy...just needed to get the "hang" of it.

Overall, the software is very user friendly and a great tool to have when recruiting virtually during the COVID pandemic.

We enjoy being able to connect with interested candidates where it is convenient for both recruiters and candidates in the same space. The system is very intuitive and easy to use.

The only part we have struggled with is being able to see how many candidates are logged in waiting to speak with recruiters and I believe that is being worked on!

I enjoyed using it and will most likely use it again next time I have a large class to fill. Best way to use it is with high amount of planning. If you have a high volume of candidates to hire within a certain time frame you want to give yourself enough time to use Brazen in order to collect candidates at the start. This means marketing the event weeks before, while marketing the job at the same time. Overall my event was small(25-30 attended) but still hired 2-3 candidates from it.

- Allows you to reach a larger amount of candidates through email that would not have applied to the role before.

- Lots of marketing needed in order to push candidate interest
- Unable to see live results of all registered totals. Would like to know how many people have registered before hand to gauge how much more marketing is needed.
- Would like to be able to connect it with other apps such as Outlook

There were definite benefits over Skype, the interface was just a bit too busy for me. If that was cleared up a bit I would like using it more.

I liked how you were able to connect with numerous people at different times and have separate conversations. Also the waiting room feature was great. This definitely has benefits over Skype when it comes to conversations.

There was a lot going on within the interface of the product.

Overall, if it's in your budget, I would defiantly recommend giving this tool a try. It has helped my team connect with more job seekers. This is a great program for virtual job fairs and events.

I have enjoyed being able to connect with potential candidates in a new way. This tool has helped me reach new job seekers and has a lower barrier of entry than cold calling. This tool is user friendly and intuitive.

I wish this tool was more compatible with mobile devices.

I really like the automatic connection of candidates with recruiters or company representatives. Makes it easy to ensure no one gets skipped over for someone that recently joined.

I wish that you could add common questions and responses prior to the event starting.

Still not many qualified job candidates who are used to using this platform, so they can't maximize it.

To begin, I really enjoyed how bright and colorful the home page and whole platform is. It really sets the stage for a wonderful experience! It is so easy to use and it is very organized. This is crucial when trying to juggle multiple booths and talking to multiple people. I really loved how you can easily view peoples resumes too while you are speaking to candidates.

I wish I could extend the time longer to speak but I may be bias because I can never stop talking!

Overall, my experience with Brazen is overwhelmingly positive. I look forward to using Brazen again for future recruiting efforts. I especially enjoyed the ease of training my practitioner teams on the tool so they could use it directly without constant recruiter involvement. This saved me time and energy. When I did want to be involved specifically for recruiting questions/info, it was easy to create a booth and provide candidates this information. I appreciated how customizable Brazen is - it really can shape to fit the virtual event you want to host!

I used Brazen for in the campus recruiting cycle from sourcing through to the interview process for multiple roles. Brazen is an effective way to chat with many candidates and as a recruiter, I especially enjoy that it cuts out the "middle man". I organized the events, but did not need to join them - practitioners talked to students directly through Brazen and left real-time feedback. As a recruiter, I leveraged this feedback for offer decisions. I used Brazen for virtual career fairs to source top candidates and gauge interest. I also used Brazen as part of my interview days for 1:1 informal chats outside of interviews. Both uses of the tool were effective in my process!!

There were a few technology issues at times, but they decreased as the recruiting cycle went on. The tech support was great and issues were resolved quickly and fixed for the future.

Brazen is very user friendly and moves you through the interviewing process quickly and efficiently. It provides information on the candidates and allows the interviewer to learn about the candidate before chatting begins. The follow-up section is helpful in remembering what you want to do with the applicant.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like about Brazen!

This program works extremely well for my needs and makes multi-user or late user additions very easy.

I enjoy the flexibility and customizable booth/manipulation. Our coordinator is able to quickly make changes or relay updates to the team members involved.

Difficult to "unchat" while working a chat. To unchat you need to close current chat and as fast as you can toggle the button in the booth you are in to "Unavailable".

Overall it's a nice platform, and has interesting break-out functionality to give users a chance for personal connections.

I liked that it offered multiple methods of communication; chat, phone, video. It allows personalized connections in a virtual, distant world.

I wasn't able to see the waiting room while I was in a chat session.

Overall, as a recruiter the interface was quite helpful while taking the interview, I would suggest to add more helping tools to make it more interactive. The pricing is also very reasonable as compared to taking face to face interview and more convenient.

Have not came across any con whatsoever, if encountered any minor problem it was resolved by customer support in no time, Very happy with the application so far.

I highly recommend this product for hiring purposes, especially during these trying times. I was able to hire highly qualified people for my school.

I have used Brazen four times over the past year for virtual hiring fairs. The platform is very user friendly. The candidates were qualified. I like how the screen showed the resume along with the chat features.

Our company uses this product in order to host virtual events and to chat one-on-one anytime with a recruiter. This product accomplishes both successfully!

This program is easy to use and allows for a great candidate experience. We have heard great feedback from candidates using the product, so we will continue using it in the future!

Sometimes candidates get confused on what is happening when in the virtual event, but I do not think this is an issue with the product, but is an issue with communication on our end.

Overall, I very much enjoyed my experience with Brazen and would use the tool for all virtual recruiting events in the future! It was a great, user-friendly solution to the issue of recruiting during a time when face-to-face interaction is not an option. Great product!

I enjoyed the ease of use and the familiar functionality of the chat feature within Brazen. It did not require extensive training for the facilitators or attendees in order to use it. I also appreciated the layout, which allowed recruiters/employers to quickly reference information about candidates while in the virtual booths. The information was also very well organized for later reference and allowed for easy transitions between booths and attendees.

The only small con I would note is the notification feature of when a virtual recruiting booth is running out of time, sometimes it was not extremely obviously and we inadvertently ran out of time.

The times I have used Brazen, everything ran very smooth. It was used for various virtual events and was very successful.

Brazen provides an outstanding platform to hold virtual career fairs and other webinars in a post COVID environment. For the Department of Veterans Affairs, this has been an instrumental platform for us to recruit future staff.
