This time I don't like anything to Rannkly.

Overall I am very satisfied with Rannkly and I have actually started understanding my customer's needs.
Their AI is actually giving me more insights and their recommendation really helps me to take the business decisions fearlessly.
I will recommend this tool to businesses who are really struggling to understand their customer needs or who don't have time or resources to dig the customer reviews from google or other websites.
I am using Rannkly for the past 6 months and so far I am very happy with it, it is value for money.

1) The best part I loved about Rannkly is that I can see all the reviews from all over the internet in a single place, now I don't have to jump over different websites to see what my customers are talking about my business.
2) Earlier I used to go to different websites and reply to my customers there, but with Rannkly I can reply to my customers directly from the dashboard.
3) Well, this is not only the case. When I registered my business at Rannkly I found some hidden reviews posted by my customer on the websites that usually as a business owner I would have never gone to.
4) Finally, Rannkly is saving my time as I can manage my social media platforms altogether in a single place. I can upload posts to all my social media platforms in a single go.

In my last 6 months of usage, I did not find any issues with Rannkly. If there is anything I do not understand I simply call their customer service and my issue gets resolved instantly.
No cons as of now, but I see that they are adding more features to the tool and I am just waiting for those features to try my hands on it.
