    Summary

    Very frustrating to use as an end user. I would not recommend it to anybody in the current state. Looks like they don't have it stable enough to handle big loads of users and transactions.

    Positive

    Good attempt, but no cigar. Try again Gantner before claiming that you have a great product. The solution seems to have capacity issues both on front & backend.

    Negative

    The platform claims to deal with high loads of users that try to get tickets, but it does not do anything close to it.
    Yes it has a waiting row, but that's where it stops.
    My latest experience: being kicked out 4 times in 40 minutes independently if you are already past the waiting row or not. Then having to log in again and starting at the end of the line again.
